Melvin, our server made this an INCREDIBLE brunch experience. We came at peak brunch time, around 12 pm and he had many tables, but was extremely attentive and brought us what we needed without us even having to ask. He anticipated all of our needs, delivered what we asked for, and made us feel welcomed, despite the demands of his day! Truly 5- star service. The French toast dish was absolutely incredible. We will be back for brunch!

I visited Firebirds for my friend’s 36th birthday dinner, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly, the restaurant was welcoming, and the atmosphere was nice and quiet. Our server was amazing—very patient, attentive, and kind.
I ordered the Philly steak egg rolls along with steak fries served with ranch and ketchup. The food was just okay overall. The Philly egg rolls were good, and the fries were good as well, but I would rate the food about a 6 out of 10.
Aside from the food, I had a great time celebrating. If you’re local and looking for a relaxed spot to check out, I’d recommend giving Firebirds a try

This place is amazing! We went here for our 5 year anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it special. The staff signed a card for us and they gave us free cheesecake. My fiancé got ribs and they were incredible. They gave him warm towels with his ribs. I got filet and shrimp and it was also incredible. I can’t wait to go here again. The food was just so good. Best meal I’ve had in a long time!

I attended Firebirds in St. Charles for a birthday celebration and everything was wonderful! The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The service was just as excellent…attentive, kind, and professional, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The prices for the 3-course meal were very reasonable for the quality you receive. Truly a 5-star experience! I will definitely be back.

Nice ambiance, great food presentation and plating, but the food is mediocre. I got the parmesean crusted chicken and they didn’t even season the chicken….also…steaks have nice grilled flavor, but are tough.

Service was so slow, and I get that there was 6 of us but we all knew what we wanted and were very direct, we were there for a work celebration as we are in food service ourselves. Our wait for our reserved table was a little longer than expected but we were given complimentary appetizers which were very delicious , but I had to get my food to go, because it took over an hour for us to get our food and we didn’t get bread until after our drinks came. I paid $60 for cold food, uncooked vegetables, too salty mashed potatoes, and I never got my dessert. I had too high of expectations for this place, I never even got my servers name. Maybe I’ll give this place another chance but for now maybe don’t have a big group of people go here.

It was only a simple hamburger, meat and bread. It was supposed to be medium, fries came out cold and, they bottom bun was soggy. Food came out about an hour from the reservation time, which was great, service was decent (I had to walk to the back for my ketchup), but they were smiling and nice… maybe you’ll have a better experience.

I got the grilled salmon with a spicy rub and added carrots on the sides. I was able to not use the butter for my salmon. The salmon was decent, the mushrooms were too saucy, the broccoli was the best veggies option, the carrot I was disappointed it had some cheese on top. It also wasn’t as soft and cooked as I thought it would. Also for the ahi appetizer, this was really good, just slightly dry but overall still good. Good sharing portion.
Environment
This was a stand alone building, there is plenty of parking – a parking lot. Inside there was a lot of seating available. Great place for large parties and also a nice ambiance for dinner setting.
Niceness of the staff
Despite being a big party, there was always someone there to ensure we were taken care of. Great and attentive.

Ask First
It is always a nice lunch here with the family. The food is high quality , the place is clean, the atmosphere is nice. It’s always somewhere we like to stop when wanting to have a nice sit down meal. My kids love the salmon and burgers. My wife and I always get a steak with the Parmesan mashed potatoes.
