Definitely be sure to join the waitlist around an hour and a half before eating dinner. Always some of the best value steak. Killer ribs were great.

Ordered take out a bone in ribeye, steak fries, baked potato, broccoli, Mac n cheese, chicken strips and rolls. The meal was was absolutely horrible everything was cold to lukewarm the broccoli had rotten spots all over them and the fries that they gave us were very few and it was almost like it was the last of the fries before they cooked a new batch. They also put the fries on the same box with the steak and the fries were soaked. We ordered 24 rolls and they gave us 3 different boxes with two of them being cold. This meal was so bad I will never order takeout let alone dine in again.

First time experience and I’ll no longer place it in the same category as outback steakhouse. Way better. Jaden, the manager, gave us 3 free appetizer samples to welcome us along with a gift bag. Our server was on point, the food delicious, and a quality control manager also checked in before we left. Great experience! We will be back

I’ll start by saying that I NEVER leave reviews but there is some credit due here. My Fiancé and I stopped for dinner tonight after running errands. From the moment we walked in, shorter wait than expected, friendly hosts, very quick service with lots of smiles. Our server was Layne and he gave us hands down the best service we have experienced in a long time, if not ever. So personable and friendly, I actually asked my finance if we knew him somehow, that’s how comfortable he was. All of our food and drinks came out quickly and correct. The manager (I believe his name was Lance?) stopped by as well and he was just as friendly and helpful. It’s hard to find good help these days but I figured out why, this place is hogging them all ha! We will one million percent be a returning customer. Kudos to this establishment and their management for setting a standard and creating an environment for their employees to want to work in and enjoy their jobs.

Not a bad place to dine. This was my first time ever there. Our company had its Xmas party and the food was great. Friendly and smiling hostesses that took orders promptly and continued to be nice and friendly. I am looking forward to going back soon. I like it.

My husband and I came here for dinner tonight and it was the best food we have ever had from a chain restaurant. We had a buffalo fried chicken sandwich and the herb crusted chicken breast. Both were cooked perfectly. We also had the rattlesnake bites and the breading was perfect and not too thick. We felt like the food was top tier and can’t believe it was from a chain restaurant. The food was hot and came to our table very quickly. Excellent job to the kitchen tonight!!!

I ordered my teak rare this time when I usually eat my steak medium rare. I did this because the chef seems to always overcook my steak when I order it to go but in house the steaks are great. I wished they cared more about cooking the steak to the temperature requested even when it’s to go because I don’t always want to eat out to enjoy a nice T Roadhouse steak. I don’t usually ever leave bad reviews or even good reviews but this has happened far too many time which is why I’m leaving a review. I’m paying for medium rare or rare but always get either well done or an uneven cooked steak! The steak in the photo is supposed to be RARE by the way. Very disappointed guys.

Our server, Aspen, was AMAZING! Steak was dry, chili had so much cheese I almost choked on it, “seasoned rice” was like a weird fried rice that is also a bit spicy. The fried pickles were soggy and the ranch dressing was thick and different.
I do not recommend this restaurant chain, go to Longhorn Steakhouse instead, never have I had a dry steak from there.
Also…. the linedancing by staff is ridiculous.

One of my favorite family sit down restaurants. The waitress was very attentive and the service was quick. Out drinks were refilled and our food order was correct. The food had a little too much pepper for our taste but it was ok.

I’ve honestly never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly, the service is always good and the food is good although I admittedly usually stay on the pork side. It is fairly loud in there but not unbearable, you can still carry on a regular chat.
