Went in later in the evening, at that time is was crowded there was a line which moved very swift from what I seen . The majority of us had a difficult time choosing what order because due the vast variety of delicious snacks, you will choose more then one thing lol. The place is large in capacity and clean, parking on south side of building is more accessible .

This place use to be one of our favorites they have a lot of Delicious things on the menu. my kids and I never drop less than 60.00 here. A few of the non English speaking ladies that work there are very rude and that’s always been a problem, but we chose to look past that because the food was always on point. Well today, I noticed that they are selling the Dubai chocolate strawberry cups so of course I wanted to buy one. They were $20 and I get it and I’m so excited only to realize that the chocolate is not real chocolate not sure what kind of chocolate it is they refuse to tell me, but it tasted like Hershey’s chocolate syrup Mixed with water there were no layers. It was just everything thrown in a cup. It was absolutely disgusting so I took it back up and asked him what kind of chocolate was used. I got a super disrespectful dirty look I now realize that the girl didn’t not even understand what I was saying. I’m bilingual by the way, so I proceeded to explain to her in Spanish that it wasn’t very tasty and I asked her what kind of chocolate was used. She said that it was a special sauce that the manager makes so I asked her if I could either get something else or just get my money back. She said she was not able to give me my money back in one of the rudest tones ever and said she can give me a cup of strawberries that are worth $10 so that’s what I asked to speak with the manager. She came out and was a little bit more nice By that time, I was beyond upset by the customer service, And just all around bad attitude. Definitely not coming back here again, but if you do come here, do not get the strawberry Dubai cup because you will be disappointed. Customer service is everything and if you want to be successful in any business, you need to treat the people who keep you in business with kindness and respect
