Delicious! Right in the centre of Temple Bar, they have a consistent quality! The portions are generous – we ordered the different saladas and all of them were absolutely massive and delicious. We also ordered the fish and chips – asked for no sides or sauces – and you can see in the picture how gorgeous it was. The location is handy both for tourists or for those around the city centre that are looking for some nice food, at any time of the day. The atmosphere is also great and I loved the service – attentive and willing to help. They also have free refil for the sodas – and our glasses were never empty, the service was really top notch. One of the dishes needed to be gluten free and they provided details of the options. The gluten free salad (the one with orange dressing) was spotless!
Prices are fair for value. Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend the chicken wings — hands down the best I’ve ever had in my life I also ordered a salad that was absolutely delicious. Everything was amazing — already dreaming about my next visit!

Today we came in for lunch and were very lucky to get a table! I recommend that anyone who wants to come here book a table in advance, especially on weekends! The service was kind, the food was exceptionally delicious, and the chicken wings were truly excellent! The kids also liked the place, and the atmosphere was great! A couple of ‘critiques’ I have are that, in my opinion, there weren’t enough servers for such a busy place, so getting another drink or the bill sometimes took a while. Also, I don’t recommend the restrooms for anyone with claustrophobia . All in all, it’s a very good place, I can only recommend it!

I made a reservation for two people last Saturday, March 7 for dinner. When we arrived, I noticed that the hostess seemed quite stressed because there were a few people waiting to be seated (two other families in addition to us).

I told her my name and she initially took us to a table for eight. I politely explained that my reservation was for two people. In a rushed manner, she then brought us to a small table for two placed awkwardly in the middle of the dining area.

I kindly asked if we could be seated at another table for two that was available in the restaurant, as we had a small piece of luggage and some bags with us. She responded in a rude and annoyed tone that this was the table assigned to us and told us to just place the suitcase to the side.

I don’t understand why she couldn’t offer us another available table, especially since we had a reservation.
The food was excellent, and the service from the waitstaff was very good. However, because of the way we were treated by the hostess (who, in my opinion, should not be working in a customer-facing role), I do not plan to return to this restaurant.

The food was fine, we ordered french toast but it was the tiniest portion for a brunch menu ( full price item) , taste was good. The staff wasn’t friendly but it was the holiday season so we still tipped them they wanted us to leave ASAP though the restaurant wasn’t busy as we went in morning . Could work on improving staff behaviour and food portions for brunch

A faultless experience.
It’s not often that you find a place that has such a true understanding of hospitality.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and that we were not under any time pressure. Quite rare in Temple Bar, where most places are keen to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
The service throughout was amazing, a highly engaged team who are clearly all professionals.

I’m had the chicken schnitzel with bacon and Parmesan mash and a pea and basil sauce. This was delicious, quite possibly on of the best that I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot).
Gill went for the seafood chowder which she loved.
Both were washed down with a couple of pints Draught Guinness so all in all a perfect evening.
Highly recommended if you are in Temple Bar.

Nothing much extra than what everyone else has said already. The wings are amazing without a doubt. The place is buzzing and the staff being so busy are still so very attentive. Definitely will be back.

We had a lovely lunch at Elephant & Castle Temple Bar and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The food was fresh and flavorful, served promptly and with genuine care. What really stood out was the excellent service—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal in the heart of Temple Bar. Highly recommend!

Some of the best wings in Dublin. However, I felt there is a bit of shrinkflation going on with the portion size feeling smaller than usual in terms of the volume of both side of fries and the wings for the same price. Also felt like less meat on the bone literally.
