The whole reason I splurged and came here was to try the thanksgiving sandwich and get an ice cream. They had neither. I settled for a classic cheddar and curly fries, which were fine. The staff was very nice. But man, choosing to go here for specific items and not being able to get either was incredibly disappointing

We have been regular customers for years and are happy the ham and Swiss melt is back on menu. However, at this location we have had our order taken from Darell twice. Both times he was very passive aggressive and seemed irritated to even have to work. The ladies in front of us had a caregiver with them and the females were wearing special Olympic tshirts. He threw both receipts at them, and also became upset when one asked for tea which was at the drive thru counter. I can’t imagine how difficult it is to push buttons and take orders and then have to deliver them with a smiling demeanor. We will go to the other location in town where meals are served on a tray for dine in instead of rude service and a to go bag.

I ordered through Door dash. The steak bites is gross and nasty tasting. Smells like dog food and inedible. The fries were good but please don’t push those steak dog food bites on your customers.

I have never had such terrible food and service from any Arby’s restaurant as I did at this location.
The picture is the hot ham & cheese. The ham was dry, and the cheese was awful.
It was melted so badly into the bun you could barely see it.
My husband had roast beef & cheddar sandwich. His sandwich was the same way. Dry and barely any visible cheese except what was soaked into the bun. It gave the feel that there were either premade or warmed up way too long. Disgusting. Didn’t eat the sandwiches, just the fries. The crinkle cut fries were extremely salty!
The employer bagging the food and taking care of the counter was very rude and not polite whatsoever. He acted like we were an inconvenience.
I asked for ketchup packets because the ketchup at condiment pumps was empty.
I got a look and some packets and a grunt when I said “Thank you very much”
We’ve never been so disappointed with any Arby’s location, employees, or the food as we were at this location.

1/23/26 Arby’s is by far one of my favorites places to grab lunch, but lately the one on W Main has been dropping the ball severely. Last week shorted me on my fries, and today the two Arby Q sandwiches I ordered you couldn’t even pick up. Top bun bone dry no sauce on it at all ” very little on the meat” but the bottom bun and wrapper were so covered in it i couldn’t even pick it up same withe the second one. I did get my fries.

The person who took my order was rude obnoxious cut me off in the middle of ordering food and on top of that I ordered a sprite and something was clearly wrong with their fountain soda dispenser tasted like pure soda no syrup whatsoever, didn’t even bother to call and tell them figured I’d just get a rude response. The one good thing about the place is the guy handing out food was nice even brought out sauce to the car when asked.

Even though they take a little longer to get orders out, they make the wait enjoyable. The staff is always so nice and a joy to have a conversation with. I also love the holiday decorations they put up.
