Im in the restaurant typing this right now . I bring my daughter here all the time. This time in particular she wanted a blue slushy. I ordered her tenders and a blue slushy. We sit and wait for our food. The server brings the food and my daughter takes a sip of the blue drink and says she doesn’t like it. I realized that it wasn’t a slushy instead it was a blue frozen ice cream drink. I take the drink back to the counter and the cashier/server says she has to ask her manager if she can make us the right drink . I leave the WRONG drink with her and go and sit back down. The manager comes to me and my daughters table and proceeds to tell me that there is nothing they can do about this drink because my 9year old took a sip out of it. He didn’t want to give me my money back or the right drink until I raised my voice . He really argued with me over a 3$ drink. Customer serious was terrible and me and my daughter have been here about 6times in the past 6months. We won’t be back.

I have been to this dairy queen plenty of times and had a great experience, but after tonight I will not return.
In the drive thru (& the lobby was closed) around 8pm on 2-11-26, I was in the process of ordering food and drinks. I wanted the same drink I ALWAYS GET which is a sprite and fruit punch mixed. But tonight the very rude man who said his name is Sam told me NO!! I can’t get the sprite and fruit punch mixed like I ALWAYS GET unless I come into the lobby and then smirked and said but the lobby is closed. I don’t know what his issue was but I’ve never been treated like this. I’ve didn’t plenty of money at DQ and they just lost a valued customer due to his rudeness. Do better with the people working the drive thru!!

Second time that they give me a random blizzard instead of what I asked for at this location. For the price of the blizzard, I just want it to be what I asked for. Instead of a smores blizzard, they gave me cheesecake with graham crackers. So sad…

The service at this location is typically top notch which is so refreshing for a fast food restaurant. My last visit left my family and I a bit dissatisfied as we had a long wait in the drivethrough when there was only a single car ahead of us (it seemed they were only working on one order at a time and not starting until you got to the window) and an entire meal was left out of the bag but didn’t want to return and wait again. Quality is usually great though.

I can’t express this enough this is by far the best Dairy Queen I’ve been to extremely clean and amazing customer service.! Food is always fresh! HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking amazing protocols on this whole covid situation to open up the lobby!

Edit: original review below this is after 6 month of them being open and 4 tries for good service. The experience has been varying significantly.
The line is unacceptable.
The conditions are unacceptable.
The ice cream is unacceptable.
Blizzards aren’t flipped to show freshness, unacceptable.
The peanut buster parfait which is a pride staple to me visiting is unacceptable and unlayered.
And I’m adding a picture if the oldest gravy I’ve ever recieved number the 25 yrs I’ve been eating at the good ole dairy queen locations across Georgia Illinois and Indiana.
Please fix this I’ll try again next month.

Being from Georgia and living in Chicago you miss things like this now it’s going to be 6 minutes from my house. … Literally drive by everyday for the past three weeks and now they are on google maps. Please be ready to serve me some chicken strips and gravy buttered toast and fries. I can’t wait. #peanutbusterparfait

I haven’t entered a Dairy Queen in over 30 years–drive-thru only. I was surprised the cashiers still serve your food at your table. It’s very clean, and the food is really good. The staff is also pleasant and friendly. I recommend!!!
