The server was great and the food was very much worth the cost. Everything came out pretty quickly and it was exactly what we ordered. My only suggestion would be to not cook the wings so long but they were still really tasty. We got the lemon pepper wings.

What an amazing first impression! Daniel is an amazing server and bartender- very fast, friendly, and knows the menu ! The Happy Hour Special was delicious, hot and huge! I definitely couldn’t finish it and my takeout box is heavy. Its always good to find a good deal in today’s economy. Im telling everyone about Happy Hour (11-5) and I’ll be back.

My service was impeccable. Casie was on top of her game, hands down the best server I’ve had while going to Hook and Reel. I had the best service from the magnanimously-attentive and pleasantly-demeanored Daniel.
The all you can eat seafood boil is a fun, tasty mess. Watch a YouTube video before coming if you haven’t ever cracked your own shells before (or just enjoy the saucy chaos). They give bibs, gloves, napkins, and basic seafood equipment, so need to bring your own, unless you’re a pro who needs their own set.
If you’d rather go on the lighter side, I recommend the crab bites, New Zealand mussels, lobster bisque, and just about anything shrimp 🙂

I was at hook and reel 2 weeks ago and was told not to write a review about my bad experience with a manager. I decided to listen to my husband. Tonight we came out to Bahama breeze to find the Same manger touching and feeling up one of her employees. Funny thing is a girlfriend of mine knows his wife and that’s not her. I just wish they would have put the same amount of energy into my service rather than eachother. If this the conduct of hook and reel and the organization and what they stand for then we will not be returning.

My niece and I went here on a rainy Saturday. Our server was Fya who was very nice. The server at the next table R4you (I think that how he spells it) was fabulous . I watched him interact with other customers and he made our time here so worthy of many more visits. I plan on coming back every time I’m in North Carolina. There should be more people like him. The food was great

Our server was absolutely amazing ! She answered all the questions I had. Very Intentive! The food on the other hand was not very good… very overcooked.. the fries had imitation crab on it which was confusing but that’s on me for getting it for $10.. food was not hot .. I will give it a 2 star because the server was amazing

Casie is the absolute MOST AMAZING WAITRESS I’ve everrrrrrr had. It was my birthday and we had never been to a seafood place like this before so none of had any idea what we were doing and she was so so helpful. I felt bad for all the questions we had to ask but she didn’t hesitate to help us understand everything we needed. Give that girl a RAISE!!!
