Went here with eight friends for lunch and we’re pleasantly surprised by how busy they were and how quickly they got us a table. The waitress was very nice and helpful and took our orders under hectic conditions and was able to handle everything with professional and organized service. The food was fantastic with decent portion sizes and a wide variety to choose from with breakfast all day, lunch & dinner specials along with their regular menu items. Prices are very fare and they have something for everyone. Very clean and organized although it can be a little tight as the tables are close but it all works with well trained staff. They lost a few parking spots because of the snow but we were all able to find a spot and go right in.

Crackers Barrell is always an experience. It was busy for a Friday morning but we were seated within the 10 minute time we were quoted. Store service was amazing and once we were seated, we were greeted quickly. Our server Tara was attentive and experienced. We ordered drinks and food together and received it quickly. The fire was burning which is always a cozy sound. Food was amazing per usual, and their mimosas are 11% ABV 10/10 experience.

The cooks and servers and all staff make a difference… My wife and I went to cracker barrel in the Albany NY area… The table next to us had a issue with the meal as did us. I told my wife to try this cracker barrel and the wait staff and food were amazing. After a day of traveling my wife couldn’t stop talking about how good the country fried steak was. Super thankful to try it again and happy we did. The ingredients are all the same usually and preparation is too but it’s the staff that make a ok dinner a great dinner. I worked in restaurants for 12 years. It makes a difference when you have the right staff running front and back if house. Ty to the staff at this location

I’ve always enjoyed Cracker Barrel, it’s that highway stop you always know what you are getting. A lot of times you are surrounded by other travelers weary from their trip, they also just looking for a comfort meal before bed.
The personal service I feel you get is really what always sells it. Never have I gone to one and not enjoyed a pleasant wait staff. This location was no different!

Stopped here, because Denny’s is a straight flop, the service was great (Gabriel) the atmosphere to me feels dated but that’s probably the point., and food was ok gravey for the biscuits way to thick and biscuits where a little tough.

**Update: Last 3 times I went was a flop
Not sure what changed IN A MONTH. This last visit was a totaL deal breaker and I actually left without getting to eat. Two of us, “my” food was wrong so they went to remake. My guest finished eating and I still had no food. I told the manager to take it off my bill seeing I “Never” got any food. Paid for guests meal and left. It wasn’t a steak I was waiting for, it was a damn egg. AN EGG. How can something go so wrong in one month? Re-rated!
Went there for the first time and my eyes popped when I seen all day breakfast. Their pancakes are so good, soft and fluffy. The eggs were cooked over medium as requested. Hashbrowns are amazing. There are game tables set up for your enjoyment. They also have a Lil gift shop that sells the most unique items. They even sell their pancake mix and syrup. I spotted the original “Moonpies”. That was a blast from the past. There was so much in that tiny little store. Everything displayed perfectly. I’ll definitely return. Very casual family dining. There is seating outside for relaxing or playing a game.

We stopped by on the way to VT. This was the first time at a Cracker Barrel for us. The store was wonderful with many great items to see and buy. Then we went to the restaurant. Our server was amazing and our biscuits were delicious! The food came out fast and hot. However beside the biscuits, the rest of the meal was just a normal chain restaurant quality food. Overall we had a good time and would stop by again for another visit if we drive by again for breakfast!
