Idk what has happened but this place is disgusting now! They don’t follow instructions. Don’t know what easy on sauce means and the cheese is different or has been changed. It’s really greasy now. I’ll never order from here again.

Whatever happened to Pizza Hut??
I have childhood memories of a clean sit-down restaurant where a delicious, quality, fresh, tasty pizza was placed in front of us at the table and we all eagerly devoured it.
That was 20 or so years ago though. Today I was so sad to walk in and see a “order at the counter”, run down, empty interior. Then out came the “meat lovers” pizza…. I am not over reacting at all when I say it was soaked in grease and tasted exactly like it looked. There was hardly any flavor of the meat. And it was over THIRTY dollars. It was so disappointing. Not at all interested in going back and really sad about that. I don’t know where Pizza Hut took a wrong turn but it’s pretty sad. The girl at the counter bumped up my rating from 1 to 2 because she was very cordial.

Usually dont even leave reviews but their oven baked cheesy alfredo and buffalo chicken melt was BOMB well cooked and hot man one of the first times i felt glad after spending my money and the food actually turned out to be better than expected!! definitely got my moneys worth! 5 star for sure

Called for an order that never arrived, said “Returned to store.” So I called them to confirm and got hung up on after I mentioned that I had an issue and then next time they just never picked up. Terrible customer service, thanks for stealing my money. Food is good but I probably will never order from here again since I’m down $31 and my pizza.

Stopped by there today at 5:55pm to pick up 3 personal pans for my kids and the manager was dealing with some young customers, customers cursing at each other and making a scene. My 4yr old was with me. Next thing I know the manager and employee are kinda going back and forth and we were told it would be another 30mins. My pick up time was 6pm. We just left. It was nasty looking and the service was terrible. That store needs renovations and new management. The manager looked unprofessional. He wiped sweat with his shirt a few times. I was disgusted

I ordered online. A 1topping pepperoni pan pizza. Specifically asking for the crust to be brown not burnt. A couple of slices didn’t have any pepperoni on it and it was not pan crust.
If it wasn’t 9 pm and me having to rest up for work in the morning I would have returned it to the.
The Cinnabons could have been cooked a bit longer as well.
I doubt if I will order anything other than a personal pan from this location ever again.

LOVE this location!! This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from Buschel Rd location this week! The pizza is perfect, always hot, always delicious and just SOOO PRETTY! Look at this beautiful pepperoni pizza on pan crust! PERFECTION!!
And better yet, they have a Drive Thru!! It takes me 35 min to get to this location, and I have to do Carryout cause I’m too far away for Delivery, BUT, it is TOTALY worth it for deliciousness EVERY TIME!!

Delivery was fast and the people were friendly. With it being delivered so quickly one would assume they were not very busy. I was very disappointed when I opened my wings and they were not boneless. Originally I thought I made a mistake but after checking my receipt, I realized they just didn’t pay attention. When they are super busy these type of mistakes are more acceptable. None of the ladies that placed this order eat bone in wings so we just gave them away and made the best of what we had . Please pay attention to details your customers are dependent on your attention to detail.
