We had my son’s 6th birthday party at Main Event, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Our party host was fantastic—so friendly, organized, and made sure all the kids had a great time. The manager checked in several times to make sure everything ran smoothly, which I really appreciated. A special shout-out to Jacqueline, who went above and beyond with her kindness and attention to detail—she truly helped make the day special! Also, the staff member passing out bowling shoes was wonderful and so patient with all the kids he even let me you his phone charger but it didn’t fit so another shout out to T.K. she came to the rescue and let me borrow her phone charger!
Everything from the laser tag to the bowling was a hit! The entire team made the experience stress-free and full of fun. Highly recommend Main Event for any kid’s birthday celebration!

Unbelievable experience for me and my wife. We went Sunday evening 10/26/25, it was not busy at all. Free parking, plenty of security and an off duty Police Officer on site. Paid 23$ a head for unlimited games after 5pm; bowling, billiards, laser tag, and sky course, fantastic deal. We did everything, the pool tables were new with blue felt. We sat at the bar and enjoyed some alcohol and food. Alcohol is pricey but there are plenty of cheap food options. Features tables all over the establishment, a large “U” shaped bar, and a separate enclosed pizza restaurant. Bowling was neon themed gorgeous lanes. The sky course closed early, but the female manager was incredibly receptive to my complaint and had it immediately re opened for me. Me and my wife had the laser tag course to ourselves, super responsive equipment everything was brand new. She admitted 20 times she hasn’t had that much fun in years. Arcade credits are separate from the game pass we bought, and they have a Chuck-E-Cheez like setup with rewards in a small shop for playing arcade games. but the unlimited game pass is only 12.99$ on Monday so we will probably be here every Monday forever. 11/10 experience. Just wonderful, core memory. Will be trying to get all my friends to start coming here.

We had an awesome time at Main Event. The staff was friendly & attentive. The girls had a blast, the food & drinks were great. Large crowd the later it gets. They ID at the door & every minor has to be accompanied by an adult which is perfect. My daughter lost her phone while playing games; I went to front desk to notify them & leave my number. Mr. Eddie called me to say it was found & he was so nice & helpful. We will be returning back.

We had a great time as a family. It was my daughter’s Golden Bday (15th). Laser tag was so fun as a group. Flights drinks really had liquor in them. All I can say is please educate your staff on people with seizures. One of the employees past out and they had no clue on what to do. We kept telling them to call 911 while we stayed at her side making sure she didn’t hurt herself. Security end up carrying her to a quiet place which wasn’t good.

I bought all u can play passes that included all the attractions and paid for bowling shoes. We were there over 3 hours and couldn’t participate in any attractions. We were told that birthday parties took prevalence over regular customers. Food area nobody ever cleaned any tables off I had to push dirty dishes and cups to side for my kids to have somewhere to sit and eat. Tried to order a large pizza, couldn’t do that. Got them slices and they wanted more. Tried to get more slices of pizza was told they only had one slice left but yet there were other pizza sitting in the case. The only people with customer service skills were the bartenders. Overall if I knew we would only be able to play games I would have just bought game cards. $100 for the play passes and $20 dollars for bowling shoes? $120 worth of NOTHING. Asked for a manager to get a refund and they never even called or stepped away to get one. Will never come back.

I visited this location today, Sunday, March 8th, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (Lane 14), and the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
First of all, the hygiene standards are unacceptable; the bowling shoes provided to our group were visibly dirty.
The service was even worse. While at Lane 14, I asked three different servers for assistance to order food. All three times, I was told that someone would be right with us, yet no one ever showed up. After being ignored multiple times, I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager to address the situation. Not only did they fail to resolve the issue, but the manager never even bothered to come over and speak with us.
Extremely poor service from both the staff and the management. It is clear they do not value their customers’ time or experience. I do not recommend this place.

This place was a blast! I took the family here to celebrate a birthday. We had a lot of fun. Spent about $300 on a family of 4. Drinks are free refill and the food was hot and fresh. Bowling was great. They had the pop up bumpers too. All the video games were working. I seen no major breakdown of anything. So the full expirence was available. We did not go in to the Lazer tag room but that is top of the list next time.

Main Event is usually a fun place with a great atmosphere, games, and food. Everything else during my visit was fine, but unfortunately my experience at the bar took away from it.
The bartender who was on duty repeatedly looked directly at me yet continued to serve other guests who arrived after me. I waited longer than necessary and felt overlooked.
I understand things can get busy, but being acknowledged and treated fairly goes a long way. I hope this is addressed because overall Main Event has a lot to offer, and I’d like to have a better experience next time.

First time coming here while visiting Memphis. Interesting spot; kinda like Dave and Busters on steroids. They had something called gravity ropes, laser tag, pool tables, an arcade, bowling alley, pizzeria, full bar and another area to eat other snack foods. Great place to bring kids or have an adult date or even to watch the game. TVs are all around the bar and the restaurant area.
We ordered a platter for two with cheeseburger sliders and buffalo chicken sliders, Brussels sprouts, cheese bread, fried pickles and a side of loaded fries. We also had bar drinks. The platter advertises that’s it’s big enough for 3 to 4 people. It was a lot of food.
Our server was new but she was very sweet and friendly. We had a teenager with us and he enjoyed himself.
