Had some great BBQ nachos here while staying the night in Windsor on my trip riding the Katy and Rock Island Trails. I happened to be there on a day when they were buy one get one free, so I tried both the chicken and pork nachos fully loaded and both were excellent.
Definitely stop here for a meal if you’re in the area and you’ve got a hankering for good BBQ.

Finally got to try 1 Eleven and I’m a fan! The brisket was tender, full of flavor, and such a gorgeous smoke ring! The coleslaw was the best I’ve had! And the staff was kind & welcoming. I can’t wait to go back and try the summer salad everyone is talking about!

Stopped in after fishing all morning. Had the pulled pork. It was excellent! Owner was very nice, even opened up early to let us in since it was really hot out. I’ll be going back for sure.

Amazing experience. Best tasting pulled pork nachos you can get anywhere ESPECIALLY for the few choices in Windsor. Definitely add this to your places to try!! 11/10 high quality food and very well priced too!

We biked here from Kansas City, looking for a good place to eat. We called before we got there stating we wouldn’t be in town until 8:15, and Zack said he would have something ready for us to eat even though he closes at 8.
We arrived there and he had 2 sandwiches for each of us. They were amazing after a long bike ride and he had a variety of sauces to choose from. We highly recommend you eat here, whether you’re a local, or getting off the trail for a bite to eat!
