I usually go through the drive thru here. Mild wait times as usual. But not today. When I was at the drive thru speaker the lady asked what I wanted. I gave her the first item then she cut me off and said is that all? I said no, then said what else I wanted. Since no one was in front of me, I pulled forward to the window. I waited about 10 minutes for her to count her registers (I was watching her) before she even took my payment. She handed me my drink over filled, and the dark soda spilled all over my hand and lap. She then waited another five minutes to give me my food. She gave another customer their food and she was literally laughing and talking with the customer that whole time while my food was waiting on the counter. I honked my horn and pointed at my food and she just LAUGHED AT ME. My daughter was screaming in the back seat that she was hungry during this time. And she just kept LAUGHING. She eventually bagged up my food and handed it to me. I told her it shouldn’t take 15 minutes for someone in the drive thru to get their food! I also told her its rude to count money while running the drive thru window and laughing while our order is waiting is very unprofessional and shes not good at her job! Very upset at this interaction. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. I also think its bs that they dont have a corporate phone number available to the public for serious complaints. Not a good way to run a company.

I don’t recommend going to this location. They have extremely bad customer service, when you walk in, they act like you don’t exist. We stood at the counter for 20 minutes until the girl with long hair pulled back in a low pony tail came to take our order, kept asking me if that was it, walked away while I was trying to pay.. when the food was ready it stayed in the windows for at least 7 minutes before she came to hand it to me. I walked up there and she was standing on the side of the kitchen standing on a cart.. nobody greeted us nothing. Worst experience there. The food was cold and gross. We called to talk to a manager and she acted like he was too busy to talk to us. We recommend going to the twin peaks location, you’ll get much better service. And they don’t have sewage problems like the cortaro store..

Idk about you but i prefer my burritos without the pound of oil in it. This Felibertos was probably the worst I’ve had so far. Maybe I was not heard properly and was instead given a soup burrito. Either way worst experience at a filibertos so far.
Just an update 20 minutes after my initial review. I had to go vomited after eating couple bites of the burrito. I am on the road and got it through drive through so I can’t just go back and return it. Again, worst experience ever at a Felibertos.

Love this place. Traveling back to Texas, we had to stop and get a burrito. They are sooo big…ate half at the restaurant, and half on the road. Filibertos is always a stop for us anytime we are in Tucson or Phoenix. They used to have one in Las Cruces, but sadly enough it closed. The salsas are soo delish, you can drink em!

I’m usually only in at night but the guys that works nice is always up beat, friendly and quick on service.
I also doordash a lot of pickups and it’s always wonderful to have friendly worker that always a pleasure to chat with. Such people always make my shifts a lot more pleasant.

It’s a little pricey but they give a lot of food for the combo plates my wife and I share 1 combo plate and we both get full. The salsa bar is the bomb every salsa is delicious. The food is delicious. It’s a great spot don’t pay attention to the bad reviews here. Customer service inside has been great as well.

Bean tostada was literally only lettuce and cheese. This location used to be good. Not anymore trash service and trash food. Won’t be coming back to this Filiberto’s! I’d say stay away if they can’t even make a bean tostada I can’t imagine the incompetence of their burritos. Two thumbs down

The girl at the register tacked on $2 on Breakfast burrito —
so i asked for a sausage burrito at the menu price $10.49 …
she said it was $12.49 ….
asked why is it $2 extra⁉️
was told that the menu prices were wrong …
