I’m really disappointed with my experience tonight. I placed an order for delivery and after watching back my camera watched the driver walk past my house without dropping it off. The order was marked delivered, but I never received it. When I called, another order was placed for me, but that one was never delivered either. When I called back, I was given an attitude and told someone tried to contact me and that my phone number was different, but the number on my profile is the same number I called from! I ended up not getting my order at all. She said I’d be getting a refund so I will definitely be on the lookout for that!

Order was canceled after about an hour. No explanation given. Hung up on me when I called to ask about whether it had actually been picked up or whether it was still at the store so I could go pick it up. I ordered on the app, unfortunately it was routed to this location. I’ll definitely avoid that next time.

I tried the new Pan Pizza and was amazed! When I first opened the box, I was confused as to why there were little to no pepperoni on it. Upon further inspection, the pepperoni was cooked under the cheese! If I could get this pizza every Friday, I would!

Order from here once or twice a month. Prob one out of every 3 times o have to cal back and have them resend, but in my orders since I moved to this spot, this is the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever received. I just got it and not only is it cold, not lukewarm, just cold with hard cheese…. But they just threw the jalapeños on afterwards or something because you pick the pizza up and they all fall off.
Called back and the guy never even apologized. Just said I’ll remake it which is sad cause that prob means they give away as many as they sell. How is pizza this difficult?

Um…it’s not terrible but not great. Average. It’s close to me so, been back multiple times so I guess that’s decent enough. Kind of some sketchy folks walking around at night sometimes. Once I was approached while sitting in my car by a woman without teeth asking if I wanted, erm, “favors” for giving her a ride somewhere, right before I was going inside to pick up my pizza. So, that was strange. But…still. Lol. Fine pizza. Not great, not terrible.

Food is usually tasty, but sometimes dried out by the time it’s delivered. This time though, I got an order of “10 Piece Boneless Wings” and only 3 of the ten were normal sized. Another 3 were small but still in a reasonable range. Then there were 4 the size of grapes (see photo, penny for size comparison). Also the sauce was barely drizzled on, nowhere near enough for all 20 pieces, tiny as more than half of them where. Definitely not fully coated like the menu pictured.

Overpriced Digiorno’s. This was awful. Their tracker said they were ‘prepping’ the pizza for nearly 40 minutes. When it arrived, it was all slopped together, cold, and undercooked. It also arrived 20 minutes after the tail end of their estimated arrival. This location is trash.

Oh thank you Papa John’s I know when I order a fresh hot pizza I expect it to be just left outside in 17degree weather so when I do find it, it’s like taking it out of the fridge. Shaq would not be happy about this you should really try and do better!!
