My family came to this Red Lobster toncelebrate my mother’s 81st heavenly bday. Ive been here b4 on numerous occasions but this time really stood up. The staff was so friendly, patient and punctual. The bartenders Lepe & Jabrien were amazing, approachable and down to earth. When we were seated Harmoni was our waitress and she was on top of everything. She was very intentive and mastered her skills. She dotted every i and crossed every t. The manager Grace is a great leader for the staff to follow. She checked on us a couple of times and made sure everything was right. I will most definitely be coming back soon with this new staff running the restaurant. Job well done.

The food and service was absolutely wonderful. Our server was very polite and showed good hospitality, I believe his name is Jharrell. Inglewood location always had a bad reputation, but they showed me otherwise.

They unfortunately didn’t have the seafood boil so we had to order something else but it was also delicious and the portions were good. Highly recommend their shrimp and their dragon calamari. The staff were very welcoming and friendly which made our visit a pleasant one!

I visited this Red Lobster because the Chili’s woman’s restroom was so bad I wouldn’t dare let them cook for me. So RL was next door and went there. The for looks good and the Calamari was good considering they were rings. The steak had no taste and the baked potato was not to my liking and idk how you can go wrong with a baked potato. The crispy seared Brussel sprouts were delicious. The plate opposite of mine was delicious. He had the split lobster tail with salmon and shrimp. Very tasty. I ended up using his butter at the bottom of his plate cause my “drawn” butter was COLD and his whole plate was piping hot.
The service was as good as to be expected. It was lunch time and they were crowded under staffed. The Hostess Aaliyah was very nice and wasn’t to make sure we received the proper service and I appreciate her. Our server was excellent. I can’t remember his name. I think it starts with a J. Nice young man.

The waiter Harmonii was the best. She was attentive to everyone’s needs very polite and generous. She never got mad or showed anger about complaints that I had she smiled apologized and help me out. We need more ppl like her.

One of my top favorite restaurants when it comes to crab legs. Out of all the Red Lobsters I’ve been to in my life (trust…theres been alot), this one right here located on Century in between Yukon and Crenshaw in the city of Inglewood has been the best for me. The staff is always friendly towards me and I love the atmosphere. Robyn, who was my server at the time, is the best. Checks on me, providing amazing and I mean amazing customer service. Definitely will be back because of her. I get nothing but positive energy from her. She’s amazing. Then I met Ambriance. She is so sweet. I get amazing vibes from her. Honestly, the staff of Red Lobster at this location has not disappointed me. Thank you so much and I highly appreciate yall.

This was our fourth visit to Red Lobster, and our family is truly very happy every time we come here. We visit as a family — my husband and I with our two children — and the experience is always excellent.
The food is consistently fresh and very delicious. Everything we’ve tried has been prepared with great care and tastes wonderful. The servers are always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. They gladly recommend dishes and help us choose what would be best.
We especially appreciate their patience and kindness. Our English is limited, but the staff always makes an effort to understand us, our tastes, and our preferences, and that means a lot to us.

Harmonii was our server and she was amazing. She went above and beyond knowing what we may need before we even ask.. great energy, great service.
We ordered the lobster dip, Mariners seafood boil and shrimp scampi. The cheddar biscuits are still my favorite part of the Red Lobster experience but everything exceeded my expectations.
