i just came here right now in the drive through of chicfila, and the girl had such a smart attitude i don’t know her name but how u gonna be mad over anything, keep in mind she just said “what would u like” no hi just straight face. i’m like ok that’s fine u don’t have to be all jolly lmao but then when she gets handed a 100 dollar bill u wanna ROLL ur eyes INSANE LMAOOO. also i asked if she can do one tomato the other times they do that every single time i come here they put that and its fine but she said no i cant . like danggg idk im not one to care but this is like omg just fake it at least especially if im being nice to you as well i love the food tho 10/10 always 🙂

Girl who waited on us was very friendly and no issues. There were 2 other customers inside. Tables were filthy. We kept walking around to find a clean table AND seat. I have never experienced this at any Chick fil a. My husband went to restroom to wash his hands. He said it was absolutely disgusting. There was water all over the floor and sink appeared to not be cleaned in a while.
We went to get a refill on a drink as leaving, there was one person in line. We stood there for a good five minutes while employees were working away on other stuff, I guess. Funny thing is, there were three employees, older possibly managers or something, sitting in area to right of order area. One was on a computer others talking, maybe a meeting. Anyways, we all just stood there waiting, no one acknowledging us even though they would walk by. Finally the employee on the computer came up, visibly frustrated, said she would help guy in front of us but kept walking around asking who was on register and where were they.
It was just an experience we have never had at any Chick fil a. We can get past some of it but being filthy is a no go for us. It’s too bad.

I can’t say everything is always perfect, sometimes the food quality slips through the cracks. Though people aren’t perfect and no business can be. However, this chick fil a has pulled through for me so many times. I only get a 30 minute lunch and some days I don’t have a chance to pack one. I’m usually able to drive, pick up my mobile order and drive back to work within 15 minutes, allowing me a chance to actually eat. I really appreciate how quick you guys are, it gets me through my day. Majority of the time the food is delicious too. Thank you thank you

Used to be very fast if you used the mobile lane, now they combine both lanes after the ordering kiosks so everyone gets put together, takes forever to get food. The last few times I came here only because I had a mobile coupon for a free sandwich, that’s about what it’s worth. Not that it’s great anyways, unseasoned fried chicken on dry mealy bread that tastes like it’s a week old. Better chicken places in Brenham anyways.

This place is absolutely horrendous and the so called “care team” is even worse. Stopped to get food for the family this morning on our way out of town to a graduation and they completely left my wife’s food out of the order. Ok, no big deal until I tried to contact them to talk to someone and apparently their phone doesn’t work AT ALL. I then speak to the customer care team and they were absolutely no help whatsoever, instead all I got was attitudes and hung up on multiple times. Please explain to me how a big corporations doesn’t have any managers available and doesn’t have a single way to get in contact with one of their stores? Absolute lies! They tout their selves as being a “Christian” organization that put customer care about all else…again…absolute lies! They are the exact same as every other organization out there, they out the ole might dollar above all else! Doesn’t surprise me one bit this place has a 3.5 star rating. I realize it won’t matter to them but I will never spend another dime with this fake “Christian” organization!!!!

The slowest chick fil a I’ve ever been to. One girl working the entire drive thru line during the morning. The kitchen must be backed up as well because after you finally take your order you wait another 10 minutes for your food. Do better chick fil a Brenham.

Service was good. The spicy biscuit sandwich was not hot, not even warm. Coffee was not ready with our meal. (They were making a fresh pot that would take 4 minutes. By the time we got coffee, we were done eating. EDITED 8/8/24 new visit. This will be our last visit here!! We dined in for breakfast. Ordered the bacon & egg biscuit sandwich. Like before the food wasn’t hot. I’m confused how they were only open an hour. 3 people in the restaurant, drive thru not busy at all on this Monday morning yet the food isn’t hot. Not even the hash browns. The only positive thing I can say about this place is who ever does the training of the employees they’ve done a fantastic job. Customer service is always good but I refuse to eat cold food. Never will we go back to this location. This is the only chic fi la we’ve visited & the food score was a big fat 0!!

I think this place is very underrated in my humble opinion. People are always friendly here. Food is good, and let’s not forget to mention the kid play area in AC while Parents can relax while monitoring their kids. This place delivers… especially considering how great prices are. You get food and family entertainment… what more could you want?? Haha.
Also, today I saw the staff working so hard wiping off tables immediately after people left, making room for more people on a busy school holiday. Yes, tons of parents took their kids to eat and play

Horrible service I got there at 6:35 am I told one of them that I had a mobile order since I missed the sign for the scan in sat first in line for 15 minutes and didn’t get anything I ended up coming back three to scan in and I finally got my food at 6:50 for these 2 extremely small patties. I saw at least 4-6 other cars get their food before mine.
