Why do I pay full price for 1/3rd the food?
This location is always behind no matter if you are there before, after, or during a rush. I understand they are downtown and it gets crowded but what is the excuse when it is light? The food is never on time when you preorder, almost no food in your order, music is so loud you can’t eat in, so many other problems with this location. Avoid at all costs.

Stopped by to grab some lunch and the food was not bad, fairly standard experience outside of the employees appearing incredibly inconvenienced for me simply ordering food. However, the chips were both stale and undercooked. We went to inquire about them and the employee mentioned they were at least a day old and gave us a second bag of equally stale and undercooked chips. That was fairly disappointing, when I was an employee at Chipotle we made the chips daily. I guess they have done away with that at this restaurant or maybe they just want to cut corners on quality to save a few bucks.

I just went to Chipotle before work in the area and I got a steak bowl and the new fresh white rice was uncooked and crunchy. I just spent $12 for a bowl I couldn’t eat. I had to scrape the toppings and meat off to eat something before my shift. I tried to call but it doesn’t give an option to tell anyone which means the person behind me got the same thing. The company needs to fix that issue because it was already too late for me to walk back up there and tell them I’m person.

Great portion sizes. The employees make orders fast and I like that they keep mobile orders in their kitchen to alleviate potential food theft. I would recommend anyone to enjoy a burrito bowl takeout for lunchtime. There were plenty of seats avaliable when I visited too. The chicken burrito bowl was better seasoned than the carnitaw bowl

So busy but I ordered ahead and it was ready on time (I ordered 10 minutes early) — they were cranking out orders like crazy. It tastes good and was a 5 minute walk from the convention center.

First of all Big Shoutout to the Manager/Cashier Jackson for at the least making my experience pleasant as I paid for my order the other lady/manager in the line had no problem reminding me of the price about smh. So I went to chipotle for lunch and didn’t want to do too much so I opted for tacos. I usually get a bowl or burrito but again it’s my lunch time and I did not want to do to much. Apparently there’s a build your own tacos and a kids meal or something of the sort. When I asked about it I got no response and a few ugly looks as if I wasn’t supposed to be asking what was asking. Finally a younger guy with dreads can to assist me and explained briefly however there was still confusion on the topings(Pico, sauce cheese etc) The manager lady who’s picture is attached below seemed a bit frustrated of my question to the point I just scraped my order and went with a burrito. I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone but the staff had no problem inconveniencing me. Long story short I’ll be looking into other lunch options because a light lunch at chipotle is apparently unheard of smh. The guy with dreads was also very polite and courteous.

THE WORST CHIPOTLE IN COLUMBUS. do not order delivery from here. every single time we order from here, something is wrong. they skimp you on EVERYTHING. have not had a good experience ever!!! here are just a couple pictures of completely smashed tacos I have gotten and a salad(that had like 7 pieces of lettuce total!!)

My son loves Chipotle and eats there more than twice a week on average. However, this location was the worst we’ve ever tried – the portions were small, the food was overly salty, and the rice was almost raw. Very disappointing, and we will definitely not be coming back to this location.

Google should allow 0 star reviews for wastes of real estate like this chipotle. Idk if there’s chipotle in other countries, but if there are, this one would easily win the worst location in the world. Honestly, I am at fault for thinking the next time I go here will be any different. I couldn’t tell you the last time I went here and they weren’t out of a main ingredient. It’s dirty, their guac is always brown, lettuce always looks rotten and the staff is impressively rude. I ordered double meat today and got a half a scoop, when I reminded them I ordered double meat the worker said that’s what I got and then proceeded to take meat out of my bowl and put it back in the station saying “that’s for questioning my job” while her and the other staff member laughed.
