Rude front end staff, not professionally dressed. Treats different sexes differently. Started an order, was interrupted,twice, had to remind staff to recieve my drink cup, and was handed it after person rubbed hands around lip of cup, after the subbed her exposed belly
.overall, will never set foot in this location again.. and no, the food was not good.fries tasted like cooked in same grease as other foods, burger was 4th rate, tables were stained and dirty. Used to look forward to a&w, never again.

Food is good. No complaints there. Service needs work. We ordered in the lobby and waited 20 minutes. The staff never referred to the ticket number or delivered our food as one order. About 15 minutes after ordering, a worker just held a bag up and yelled “chicken sandwich and large fries.” I had ordered a chicken sandwich but had medium fries. Another customer said that was his. A short time later the same guy hollered another item. That was my wife’s meal. When I asked about my order, the worker didn’t know. I asked what the order number was. He finally looked at the screen and said the previous guy took my order. The workers made us new food, but the process repeated. They don’t look at their screen and they separate orders, causing confusion for everyone. More training is required. I think that would help.

I stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence, was told “I’ll be right with you”, and then waited more. Literally 6-7 minutes after entering, with no one ahead of me, I was finally able to order some overpriced “MEH…” food.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! – the service is soooo bad (!) – there have been times when they didn’t even have hamburgers and/or root beer to serve!?
It’s operation is secondary to the other business that shares this location. This franchise is combined with KFC and not in a good way.
They are constantly understaffed and it’s layout doesn’t help.
Based on my experience with this operation, I would advise caution if you visit the other franchise combo concept of this company, the Taco Bell/Pizza place in Burlington, on the Blvd, near the mall.

My wife and I went in for a quick little dessert. We had the Polar Swirl cookie dough and it wasn’t very good. The cookie dough was dry and frankly it’s a sad attempt at the classic Blizzard. We left early because of people swearing and someone freaking out in the parking lot. Alot of seemingly homeless/drug users hang out in the area.
