Excellent server! And, this is the first time since the Lebanon, Ohio location closed that we have had freshly prepared, hot food! We ordered Big Boy platters (of course ☺️) annnnnnnd, the Hot Fudge Cake. Yummmy! We’re soooo grateful to find this Frisch’s and it reminds me of why I’ve loved this iconic restaurant for many decades.

Since all the closings I’m not close to an open location. I just happened to be in the Bellevue & swung through the drive thru. It was quick. The service was friendly & polite. I order a Swiss Miss & onion ring. I had the onion rings on my way way home. The were hot, fresh & crisp. Hmmm… so yummy. I had the burger when I reached home. It was a little sad looking but the looks were deceiving. It was so good with extra tartar sauce dripping. I will always be a Big Boy fan!!

You can’t beat the classics! My experience at Frisch’s Big Boy was outstanding from start to finish. The service was fast, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the food came out exactly as ordered. Whether it’s the iconic Big Boy sandwich or the salad bar, everything was fresh and delicious. It’s rare to find such consistent quality and reasonable prices these days. Thanks for the great meal!

What a disappointment. I thought I’d treat myself to a piece of pumpkin pie, the first of the Season for me, the first Frisch’s one I’ve had in years. Got it to go. Besides it tumbling around in the container, it seems part of my pie was missing. It seems they forgot about a third of the piece. Then they absolutely covered it in whipped cream (which I didn’t even want) to hide the large chunk that was missing. $4.99 +tax for 2/3rds of a very small piece of pie and way too much whipped cream. I keep giving them chance after chance and they just keep messing it up. I won’t be buying pie there anymore now. Ridiculous. Photos are before eating any of it.

Our server Haley was great but the wait for our food was so long. When I went to pay the cashier I said the service was great but it took forever to get our food. She leaves and then comes back and cancel the transaction.She leaves again and comes back with the manager. He ask me what’s the problem. I told him that are server was great but it took a long time to get our food. He said can’t you see we are busy. We are down 6000. I am in the back helping the cooks. I told him does not have to be rude and said I was rude. He says I have to back and help the cooks have a good day. I was out last weekbeca6 I had the flu. We got there about 12:30 so it was a lunch rush. A guy came up and said we were here after you and they were getting up to go pay. I asked our server how much longer it was going to be she said it should be up in a couple of minutes. About 10 minutes later we got our food.We sat down about 12:30 and not leave until about 1:42. That is the longest I have ever had to wait for food.

I happened to be in NKY, where I don’t normally go very often. When I saw a real Frisch’s in business, I had to stop there! My Big Boy was delicious and I also grabbed a hot fudge cake. Yummmm!

No burger today. Next time! Did order a Vanilla Milkshake. Tasty, thick creamy and of course a great Vanilla flavor. A bit overpriced at $6 though.
As a quick snack it hit the spot.
The staff could be a bit friendlier. They seem to be in a rush.
Floors could use some attention and tidying.
Please give this location a renovation!
