Had to have both drinks remade even though I ordered thru the drive thru and she repeated back exactly what was ordered. The first set of drinks were much nicer looking than the remakes. The original cup was used that had dairy milk in it for the plant based milk asked for so we had to throw that contaminated drink out- which was an $8.40 drink. You could see the original label was still on the cup which was incorrect. Seriously- why write on the cups to get all over the customers hands? This was an extremely disappointing Starbucks experience.

Convenient location. Positive vibe. Well lit. I was greeted by at least 2 emoloyees as I entered the store. Delani asked me what I ordered and gave me an update as to the progress of my order. Excellent customer service. I’ll be a regular at this location. Thank you very much.

Honestly, The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to many of them regularly over many years, across Colorado & the nation. Gillette’s is THE Slowest by far. I’ve had regular disappointments with this store. After waiting 30min in line when there were only 2-3 ppl in front of me for the drive thru, I finally decided to check the reviews & leave one of my own. … They never ask me if I want to use my points for a free drink/food item. Idk if they never stock it, but they didn’t have Sriracha. They don’t have fresh blueberries for the oatmeal. (I didn’t know there was such a thing. I thought they all had the fresh option. The sign/menu should state that it’s dried & not fresh!!!) … I also had a situation once where I went inside & they messed up my drink, which was just a large coffee with cream & sugar. They handed me my coffee & there was nothing in it. Ok. I thought fine, I’ll go add it myself, but to my disappointment they don’t have cream & sugar out for ppl to access. 🙁 I had to go back twice which included a lot of waiting. When they handed me my drink back the lid wasn’t all the way on & it spilled all over. Another customer rushed to help clean it up & asked them for an extra cup for me because app their cups are flimsy.
I’m giving 2 stars because the last time that they messed up my drink they offered to let me keep the extra one, which I appreciated. There are occasions when service is good. My orders aren’t always wrong. My biggest complaint is how slow they are & thatthey never ask about using my points. I can’t wait until the town has another Starbucks drive thru! Hopefully that’ll help. I do LOVE City Brew, I just like to mix it up with other options.

Asked for warmed cookie… it was not.
Asked for a cold milk chocolate, tight ice (and even say light ice, few ice cube). And look at the pic! More than half the glass of ice!

Natalia made a Carmel frapp with extra Carmel the right way drizzle all over the side of the cup and a ton of Carmel in the bottom… she needs a raise because she understood the assignment will be back because of her!!!
