12/4, 1145 am…walked into store 788 with another customer behind me. Server working front counter immediately announced he didn’t have time to take our order and that we would have to use the automated screen. . .”didn’t have time?!” Really? No other customers in the dining area. Looks like a time management problem to me. I turned around immediately and left. All I wanted to order was 1 sandwich to go. Simply astonishing and this isn’t the first time it’s happened! This location was a favorite, but no more. After looking at past reviews on this property, this appears to be a recurring problem with your employees. As a previous reviewer stated, “I didn’t come in to do your job”. couldn’t have said it better myself…happy to discuss this and previous incident of several weeks ago with owner. Thanks.

Meatball sub is delicious worth getting, Mac and cheese though is just ok. Kinda watery and it’s more of a white Mac and cheese than classic cheddar. Overall not bad, I’d come here again.

It was my first visit here, but my second time trying Lenny’s. I ordered The American Club “Lenny’s Way” and enjoyed it. My only letdown was the bacon was whole strip and squishy. Which was strange, I was the first customer of the day right at opening and the bacon wasn’t even a little crispy. I took it to go when I unrolled the wrapper on one half of the sandwiches the bacon was clumped between the sandwich and the paper.
I had the Turkey Bacon and Alvocado at another location, and the hickory smoked bacon was chopped up and crunchy. Maybe that’s only done for the TB&A sandwich?? But it was why I was craving to try another sandwich from Lenny’s, and this was where i was working close to that morning. It never fails, haha. The one thing you’re looking for and it’s not there. Other than that, it wasn’t bad, but although time wise, it didn’t seem to be rushed out when looking at the sandwich seemed to be a little rushed.
121123 came back for lunch and decided to try something without expectation and ordered the Italian sandwich Lenny’s Way. It tasted good, fresh. Thanks to the friendly staff, keep up the good work.

This Lenny’s location thrives off of great service! Working with them has been the best costumer service I have received. Great with communication, understanding, and professionalism. My favorite sandwich place for the last couple years. Better than Jimmy John’s, Subway, Firehouse, whatever you think you like. Lenny’s subs are top notch artisan deliciousness.
Everyone seems to like the hot subs but I think the cold sandwiches are heavily underrated. My favorite is the Mile High Turkey (Lenny’s way). The fresh bread with the fresh sliced turkey and toppings/dressing is just ugghhh
I wish they had more around the city cause the cravings hit when you’re the furthest. I always try to take advantage of an awesome lunch whenever I’m nearby. Highly highly recommend. Haven’t tried it before?? Come see what you’ve been missing out!!

We ordered the Italian and Ham & Cheese subs after a night holiday 5K run. Everything was made perfectly and tasted so fresh! Bread tasted like it came straight out of the oven…. and of course Lenny’s way makes it so delicious! Thank you !!

2nd shift guy was not friendly at all. 6:35pm I came in and he told me to use the kiosk so I did then when I asked for the military discount he was rude about it and told me he would have to start the order over again. Then I asked for my cup and you can tell he was very bothered. The store was empty and not busy for him to be acting this way. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on. And the kiosk didnt print my receipt so I asked him and he said it doesn’t print and didn’t want to print my receipt.

The service is great. All the food preparers are so helpful, & courteous. You’re either hiring very motivated young people, or training them well, or both!
Food is great too. I’ve tried a few of the subs but I’m a big fan of the Chicken Salad Sub & the non carbonated drink options like the lemonade.

Delicious Buffalo Chicken Philly. Grabbed a Red Velvet cookie for after which was baked perfect. Noticed staff remember the name and order for a couple who a regulars. Definitely a great crew and good spot for a delicious sandwich.
