At first glance you won’t think of this place as a nice restaurant, in fact you may even pass it straight. The lay out isn’t fancy either, it gives a laid back, backyard type of vibe but the family friendly ambience is nice. There’s surprisingly a lot of staff and our wait time was short even though we ordered 3 different large multi dish meals.
The food is where this quaint restaurant shines best. Our steaks were perfect to our specifications, tender, juicy and flavorful. The lamb racks were melting off the bone, the shrimp were fresh, huge and popped in our mouths. The sides were great too, freshly made steak fries, vegetables and mushrooms.
Portion sizes were large and justified the cost.
While this restaurant isn’t too expensive, you shouldn’t expect to spend anything less than $400 ttd.
That being said, 2 people could definitely comfortably share 1 meal here.
The chef even came out to make sure we were having a good time.

My son took me here for my birthday upon arrival I was like what kind of place is this. The outside is not inviting and so you will not come in and will miss out and a delicious meal. The ladies at the desk need to work on there customer service but Paul himself is great and vibrant.
The inside has a ranch style setting that’s a sore for eyes but as my son told me mom close your eyes and eat we’re here for the food not the ambiance.
The food was excellent Paul knows his steak and is an excellent cook.
He informed us that he will be moving to Docs Ranch in Palmiste. I will definitely try his steak again since it’s the best in south.

The food was absolutely delicious and very well presented. The burger was so large my husband couldn’t stop smiling. The steak was so tender and juicy. The staff was very know and helpful. The bill wasn’t even that expensive. It was about $1400 for six people. My entire family was very pleased with the experience.

Its Restaurant week here in Trinidad and Tobago, Paul A Grant was my first restaurant at choice, the meal he chose for us feeds 2for the price of 1, He really put together a great meal at a very low cost 2steak meal plus lamb loins, salad, steamed veges, and a succulent moose chocolate cake, this feeds 2, It tasted so delicious, It was cooked to perfection, A 3cost meal that feeds 2for the price of one. Its not my first time dining there, but my first time paying this price for all this delicious food, you should try them, restaurant week last until the First week in October I believe the 2nd Oct, you wouldn’t be sorry. My family and I were very disappointed with our experience here. We made reservations in advance and took time off work and school, driving a long way with the expectation of enjoying a nice evening. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, things went downhill.
The atmosphere was not very welcoming. After pulling up near the entrance, the security guard told us we couldn’t park there and instead directed us to a very dark and gloomy part of the lot, which did not feel safe or inviting.
Inside, despite having a reservation, we were simply told to sit anywhere. The waiter took our drink orders but then informed us that the only beef options available were short ribs and wagyu steak. Shortly after, another staff member confirmed that those were the only items available on the menu that night.
On top of that, the menu itself felt incomplete — there were no appetizers, and overall it lacked variety. For a steakhouse, the options were extremely limited. After waiting without being served a meal, we ultimately had to leave, which was very disappointing given the effort we made to be there.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the potential is there, but the overall experience fell far short of expectations.

Don’t be put off by the look of this place, the food served here is 1st class. Meat grilled to perfection same can be said for the fish. Good service and friendly Chef.

Food – unimpressed with the quality and everything from the steak to the fries was extremely salty… I can’t even speak on how my ribeye actually tasted because the salt overpowered everything.
Service – Slow. Drinks took forever to come to the point I forgot what I ordered. When we asked for an additional plate, we were told they did not have enough. Mind you there are at least 4 empty tables. Am I to assume you have more tables than plates/cutlery?? I also had to ask for empty glasses to be removed from the table. Still never happened
Atmosphere – The place is hot and we had to compete with others to use an industrial fan. MADNESS!!!!
