I was excited to try the new taco bell! But AI drive through messed up my order. At the window I had to re explain everything I wanted. Workers handled it well, I thought. Got home and there is nothing in my crunchwrap. For spending almost $50 this is not ok. This was workers not wanting to make a proper meal. You have been open less than a week, and already like this? No thanks. All I wanted was a nice crunchwrap.

Support small business mexican, for this pricing and quality it nots worth it.

Worst food ive ever had! Spent almost $50 for no meat to be in my chicken quesudilla, girlfriends tacos had almost no meat in it asked for 2 extra soft tacos didn’t get them over all hands down worst experience ever and they dont have a phone # to call to evem try to fix your order its kinda sad and I waited almost 30 mins for my food

The slowest service I have ever experienced. Ordered the food thru the kiosk. Employees kept looking at me. 20 minutes later, employee comes up “you waiting on something?” Yes” my food.
She is like “ops I thought someone made the food already” give us 15 minutes. Food will be ready.

All I ordered was a crunch wrap supreme and avocado crispy chicken wrap.

I have been here 3 times since it opened and every single time my food has been PHENOMENAL. Like actually SO good. The drive thru has been super fast and everyone has been so friendly! I will always despise the AI ordering feature, but overall I’m very impressed! Hoping it stays this way!

Made online pick up order. Son got there at 8pm and employee told him lobby was closed (website says 12am) He told him he was picking up an order and kid just said “sorry”. He did get food by going through drive thru but told him there wasn’t any drinks on the order but there were two freezes so didn’t get them. No phone number for location to call. Not the first time we’ve had problems so not going back.

This place is like playing Russian Roulette with your time. 5/6 times everything is great, but that sixth time it is so slow that you could literally grow and make the food yourself. I had high hopes for this location. Since I paid on the app I could not leave the queue.

Despite being open until 2AM, they closed an hour early. I understand you may have been short-staffed or whatever the case, but AT LEAST have the decency to pick up the headset and COMMUNICATE that you’re closed. I’m sitting in the drive-thru looking crazy, waiting to be acknowledged… and they’re in there cleaning and avoiding the window. I had hoped the new location would have been better… nope.

So apparently you guys have no customer service phone number so there is literally no way to contact you guys unless through reviews. A blonde woman on the date of 1/17/26 was not wearing a hair net, hat, and didn’t have her hair up while making my food and when I got it, it had five blonde hairs inside of the meat and melted cheese, it was also sticking out of the taco which is how I saw it, and I only checked half of the taco. Absolutely disgusting and I threw it away immediately. Accidentally called the Taco Bell on grand river ave and complained about this store because I thought it was, but no you guys literally just do not have a phone, I searched so hard. So unprofessional in such a little time of being open. Any blondes that were working 1/17/26 actually needs to be fired I’m genuinely thinking of contacting health services to see how the employees are around the food.

Can we give negative stars? What the heck is going on with this location?! Doors closed at 8:00 PM. over 40 minutes waiting in driver thru (yes I could have left). Order was wrong. Taco Bell needs to look at this location clearly we are not the only one with this experience.
