I stopped by this Wingstop today to pickup my online order. I got the 10 piece classic wings with the medium sauce and also their seasoned fries. I selected a pickup time and came to the store at that time. My order was ready at the exact pickup time and the customer service was great. My wings and fries were delicious. I found parking easily since I came before the afternoon.

I am disappointed about my customer service because the same employee that was a guy named Ricardo told me my order was gonna take 45-50 minutes. I waited 50minutes for my order. Once I went back inside The same employee who took my order didn’t even have it ready or anything when I mentioned it to him. They looked in the ready food it was there so he said “ ima go pack it up”. Soon I got my order and went home after my bad customer service. I opened the bag my French fries were missing. I was so mad that you need to do something about your employee. I technically wasted 17.73 on a meal were I didn’t get my fries at all.

I’ve eaten here a few times and the chicken is always soaked in oil, like they don’t dry it after deep-frying. Even when getting the chicken sandwich, the bottom bun will be soggy and full of oil. Kinda nasty but still tastes good, just need extra paper towels to absorb all the extra oil.

Placed an online order and came in almost exactly “on time” to pick up, according to the app. Was told it would be about 8 minutes… they were very busy. No problem! About 25 minutes later a different employee comes out and asks what order I’m waiting on since probably 10 customers had been served since I arrived. I give her my name and my order is just sitting there on the shelf, ready to go. I had been sitting there for ages for no reason…. very annoying. Everyone was friendly and I enjoyed the music and the food was fresh and delicious so one star lost for the waiting but otherwise a great location 🙂

I always place order ahead of time on app and it’s never ready at the time promised rather on average 15 minutes after. On top you never know what kind of service you’re going to get, often they’re unfriendly and make you feel like you being there is a burden to them.

The customer service definitely needs a change! There was a young girl who I can’t remember her name because she didn’t have a name tag but she had big lashes and her skin tone was medium dark well she had really bad customer service. First off all she rudely said can I get your name first and after I told her and gave her my order she didn’t give me my cup well fast forward I got my food but noticed I didn’t have my cup so when I asked her nicely she said hold on very rudely… and just her tone was so nasty.. I
I understand working in a fast food is very stressful but don’t take it out on the nice customers.
