Upon entering the restaurant last night, we were immediately struck by an unpleasant odor emanating from the establishment. Despite the staff’s friendly demeanor, the restaurant’s cleanliness was lacking. Our waitress, however, was exceptional, displaying a pleasant and helpful attitude. The beverages were also noteworthy, with the boombaritas offering a delightful variety of flavors. The puggle splash, with its captivating changing color effect, was particularly impressive. Strawberry kiwi Rita was also a standout.
The appetizers were satisfactory, although the blooming onion left much to be desired. While the onion was fried to perfection and retained its crunch, the sauce was unfortunately lacking in flavor. The mozzarella sticks were equally impressive, achieving a golden brown color and a crispy texture.
The main courses were a mixed bag. The sirloin and Alice chicken were adequate, although the chicken was forgotten and brought to us without any issue. The steak was cooked to perfection, while the filet mignon and lobster were also excellent. However, the ribeye was a disappointment. It was medium-rare, cooked to perfection, but lacked seasoning and was chewy. I had expected a chart from the grill, but none was provided. This was one of the worst ribeye steaks I had ever had. The lobster, on the other hand, was wonderful. The Mac & cheese was awful dried and overcooked pasta.
The desserts were exceptional. The warm caramel cookie, with its caramel and crunchy pieces, was delightful. The carrot cake was also a hit.

So I had to wait a while before I posted this. Everything thing was going well until the people that came in after us received their steaks before we received our food. I don’t remember how long we were waiting, because it was our Anniversary and we were enjoying each other’s company. When we got our food it was warm not hot. So I told my husband not to eat it. The waitress got the manager. She apologized and blamed it on the cooks. They didn’t charge us for the food, that was not right, but we still paid for our drinks and appetizers which came to over $32. I will not be going back.

Want to share that my server Brittany was amazing. She gave awesome suggestions and was on point on keeping up with our table. PLEASE MAKE SURE LEADERSHIP IS ON POINT KEEP THIS SERVER. she most definitely an asset. Also Paige was amazing on coming to our table and checking on us. She also an asset and PLEASE DO NOT RUN THIS ONE OFF EITHER. With those two they are awesome asset that is needed in the restaurant industry. Also that nasty smell yall use to have was gone so whatever you guys did to get rid of that smell PLEASE KEEP THAT UP.

We took our grandmother out for a celebration, it took 40 mins to get a table then when we got the table we ordered right away we got the apps but the entrees took 45 minutes. But right before we got our food the server came and told us that they were out of prime rib that my grandmother had ordered. So we asked how long to cook another and she said 30 to 40 minutes mindyou we have been waiting for 45 minutes for these entrees. So they brought out our food and just a baked potato for our grandmother…like we are going to eat infront of her, the manager did nothing but take our meals off and we left very very disappointed he didn’t offer any compensation at all. We won’t be coming back.

I cannot express the service that was given to us today. My server, Jess, was so friendly and definitely made us feel welcome from the start. She recommended us some specials and helped with what we were interested in, and we were not disappointed! Our appetizer was fantastic which we ate all of. It was the blooming fried shrimp.
( MY GOSH ) then we were served our salads which were beautiful and fresh.
Our main course came out and the steak plate looked so presentable and my shrimp on the Barbie was delicious. Thank you for our amazing lunch today.

After the last 3 times having issues at Outback several months apart I tried this location to give the company another chance. But yet again another bad experience. Eating raw chicken (as pictured) then ending up with no appetizer before dinner. They “put a rush” on the replacement appetizer order which never came till ten minutes after dinner had came out. But at least that came out. I was told a manager was going to come out after the undercooked raw food was served to me. That never happened. Apparently not a concern of this company at all. I spent $70 for yet another bad experience at Outback. What a horrible company.

Made an order through Uber Eats. Ordered Alice Springs Chicken. Way over price for what I received. I went to the restaurant earlier this week and got the lunch portion. It was perfect. Service was great. The order I received from delivery was terrible. Over cooked and burnt on the edges. looked like they took the lunch portion and cut it in half. This isn’t the only time I’ve had problems with Outback takeout and delivery. Managers need to quality control before they send food out for pickup and delivery. Seems like they don’t care if it’s not in the restaurant.

You gotta try the Alice Springs Chicken. So tender I could cut it with my fork. And flavor! Soo good. I had the lunch size. It was just the right amount of food. The side was broccoli. It was tender but not overcooked. The wait staff was great. My only complaint and this is pretty much anywhere you go, the soft drink(pop,coke) was I felt too much. 3.99! But they did get me a to go refill. But other than that… I will be going back again for the Alice Springs Chicken!
