After dealing with the death of my mother today, I made an online order for delivery of some pizza and bread bites, after not being updated for over an hour on where my pizza is, I called this store, after listening to the stupid music for over 5 minutes, someone picked up the phone, banged it on something and hung up on me, second call they just cancelled the call the third time I called it took another 4 minutes for them to answer, I for told that they were 36 orders behind. Fine I can understand getting busy, the man I talked to said it would be about 40 more minutes to get my order. Then 5 minutes later I look in the track my order tearure and my order was cancelled by whoever deals with handling online orders. Thank you for making the worst day of my life even worse. Unprofessional behavior by whoever it was in charge of this store. I will be getting ahold of corporate and putting in a complaint about how the employees at this store treat their customers like they are nothing. I have been a loyal customer at this location for many years and this kind of customer service makes me sick to my stomach. Shame on the person that did this to a grieving family, made us feel like we were worthless. Do not recommend ordering from this store until the unprofessional person who did this is no longer there.

I was taking my dog for a walk and decided to stop by and pick up my pizza wasn’t sure if she’d be allowed in but the staff were friendly and accommodating and had even brought my pizza and drink to the door for me that way I wouldn’t have to walk home with my dog and come back. This domino’s is garbage. Pizza wasn’t cut, ate it anyway since it’s not a big deal. Opened my wings and they are barely covered. Called up and talked to Jeremiah about my wings and pizza. He called me a liar.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had unpleasant exchanges. Went in to grab a salad and the guy behind the counter said it looked like I needed a burger.
It seems the employees are miserable and don’t care.

Straight up ridiculous I had my aunt pick ip my order and they handed her less than half of my order and blamed it on her said that they would remake my order around 5 PM. I couldn’t make it due to a medical emergency I went to go pick it up at six They “ that it won’t be ready until 8:40pm” And that they would throw it in the oven and make it but hand me the original food that was made at 1 PM. My food was eaten out of by employees.

Called and was like I got bites and clearly there was knots cooked on the paper and smells like cinnamon and I was called a liar that that talked to The cook and it was done right. And they will re deliver and still haven’t just wow. Wish I could do no star by far. Called a liar and there’s the pic. Shoot and I would of been fine with an apology but that was asking too much I guess.

We decided to try the Pacific Veggie pizza and it was delicious! The hand-tossed crust was great and the pizza was covered with lots of fresh veggies and cheese. The garlic bread twists were wonderful, too! Super friendly staff and the place is very clean. Highly recommend!

Hey!!! I just want to give a shout to David!!! The kid who was willing to answer the phone and take orders!!! Word up bro. Now to the rest of the crowd that works there at this Florence Colorado dominos…. Shame on you for being the way you are towards this kid!!!! If you want to shame him by saying he’s slow, know this my child is “slow”!!!! And all I want is for people to encourage him and not discourage him. So on that note. If I ever order from there again i expect encouragement and not discouragement……
