This place is lucky to even get stars. Repeatedly run into issues with them not being able to deliver to a military base. It’s not that hard. The moment I seen a doordash driver was delivering my pizza I immediately called. Manager assured she would make sure the deliverer could get on base even after I said there was issues with doordashers in the past. Pizza hut needs to get delivery drivers, so that our troops who work late at night can get pizza when they want it. Due to my schedule, im asleep throughout the afternoon. I get off work just before lunch time, but Im too drained to make lunch so I just go to sleep. Wake up to shower and go to work. Ordering a pizza for delivery should not be a hassle. Quit being cheap and hire a driver for night time operations. If store closes at midnight, a driver should be there until midnight. What I can’t figure out is why the manager, apologized for not finding a driver, but couldn’t deliver it herself. Tells me one of four things. She’s a bare minimum worker, doesn’t care about customers or the Military, is too lazy to go the extra mile due to her failure as a manager, or simply a criminal and thats why she can’t get on base?
$10 voucher doesn’t help a empty stomach. I hope this makes it to corporate, because this manager has a bad attitude, and consistently fails to deliver and get food to her customers. She needs a new job, and definitely is manager capable.

The manager, Jessica, went above and beyond for me when I was having trouble using my Hut rewards. She didn’t have to offer extra assistance, but did, and then some!!! Top notch employees also with nice attitudes and a smile! Thank you team!!!

Just got delivery, they messed up my drink order, didnt give me the ranch dressings I had coming with my wings, and thw fries came in plastic containers insgead of rhe cardboard box and became ultra soggy, nasty! Fries should be crisp! Called them back up and all of a sudde, they claim its not the store but a call center and they’d have to put me thru to the store, 20 minutes later and 3 separate hangups later and nothing, no answer. I’m simply done with this place. Pathetic service and pathetic customer service. Couldn’t even get soneone on the phone to give at least a 5 dollar rebate on next order or nothing. Ridiculous

The absolute worse experience in any type of “fast food” we’ve ever had. Got our ordered completely wrong on their clearly messed up website. It didn’t even take our phone number correctly.. mozzarella sticks were raw. Didn’t receive a whole supreme pizza with extra ,paid for, toppings clearly shown on the receipt. Lost our entire 24 and piece chicken wing order. And refused to do anything to rectify the situation. Had no problem with my payment method for $137.00. Run to literally ANYWHERE else. Place is absolutely awful.

I ordered a supreme large pizza and a pepperoni mushroom pizza neither pizza were done I called the person I talked to said the supreme pizza had to much on it I was supposed to tell them I wanted it well done I never heard of that before but the other pizza just had 3 topping it wasn’t done either she put me on hold to talk to the manager he never came to the phone Pizza Hut just ripped me off 46$ I will never do business with them again

Perfect pie last week, this week I believe they had double the crew and it did more harm than good. Each one was very kind and personable. However, the same pizza order that was perfect last week, slightly missed the mark this week. I ordered a Bar-b-q pizza with extra sauce and extra toppings. I believe my pizza was cooked extra long as requested, but I believe with all the extra staff it got pushed back in a third time instead of a short push back once. The pie was good overall, but it didn’t have Bar-b-q sauce nor was it extra, unless the 3rd time in, dried the extra up. Obviously love pizza and not complaining, just didn’t get my order right this time.

Drivers dont read the delivery instructions, people making the orders dont pay attention to timed orders, make them, and send them out 4 hours early. Management obviously doesn’t care enough to fix the issues

Beware this Pizza Hut will give you food that not done and not fix there mistakes and will rip you off money and food both I was a regular customer for the last 6 years but never again
