we love I Hop but this i cant let this pass because they are not allowed to take money that is not there’s
my family and i when to I Hop on wednesday february the 18 -26 it was 7 pm i ask for T-bone extraño well done they brought it to me with blood. I didn’t wanna send it back because I’ve been seeing a lot of videos of people putting stuff in your food so I had to eat it like that and I was OK with that but today I was looking at my bank statements and I noticed that they took more money out of my account. I left a tip in the table, but I guess the people in there decided to take more since I did not put a line on the tip and the receipt and that is not right so I called the manager. His name is Juan and I told him about this issue, but he said he wasn’t able to help me. He told me to call the general manager, but he said the general manager is in vacation so I didn’t want the customers to keep going by there and they keep doing this to them. This is why I’m putting this review because if I want people to know what they’re doing and if I don’t report it is wrong and I also want the managers to know that I will call BBB to report them and I hope that report will make you talk to your employees and do something about it

We had a really great experience at this IHOP thanks to Brittany! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were always refilled and our food came out right. Even when it got busy, she stayed positive and checked on us often. Great service makes a big difference and she definitely did that for our visit. We’ll be coming back!

James was a doll, very attentive and patient. He promptly put in our order, brought it to us nice and hot, and gave great suggestions on the menu. We had stopped coming to this IHOP for about a year because of poor service, but James will have us coming back to our neighborhood ihop . Thank you kindly.

I am quite frustrated that my Uber Eats order was defaulted to this particular location. The food consistently appears to be overcooked, and the orders are frequently inaccurate. For instance, I recently ordered chocolate chip pancakes, and they arrived burnt and the wrong pancake type. Additionally, the Colorado omelet I received was overcooked and exceptionally dry. The service and food quality at this establishment have been consistently unsatisfactory.

Brittany was amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Even during a busy rush, she stayed positive and on top of everything. She made our breakfast experience so enjoyable — highly recommend asking for her! ✨

Had a horrible experience at this location after trying to give them a 2nd chance. Instead of messing up an order like they did the last time I visited this location, this time they made my party wait a ridiculously long time, tell me they didn’t have cups for drinks, tell me even later they ran out of the food we ordered, charge for drinks we barely touched, and then not have change when we paid for said drinks. I rarely leave negative reviews but unfortunately this one was warranted. I would never recommend this location to anyone and it’s sad because they used to be a lot better.

Our server Becky was amazing! She was so kind and friendly and took care of us. She checked on us and made sure that we had everything we needed. The food was fresh and tasty. The best experience I’ve ever had at IHOP. Thank you Becky!

I took all of my family to eat and let me tell you. JOSE took care of me and my family. I didn’t need to ask for service. He was the service. He took care of all my children and my brothers children and gave us everything we needed. He was 100 out of 50. EVERYBODY I RECOMMEND THIS IHOP!!!

Hadn’t been to an IHOP in a while but decided to go with my family. Our Server was Brittany and she was great! She made sure we had our correct order and made sure we weren’t missing anything. Will definitely be back and I will ask for he to be my server again.

Today at 8 pm we arrived at this particular IHOP. We were seated immediately since the restaurant was particularly empty. Our waitress was an older woman who was extremely unprofessional. We waited for about 20 minutes and she had not brought our drinks nor taken our order. She kept walking back and forth and even took another families order who came after us. After those 20 minutes we left since she clearly showed we were not going to get any service.
