OSF has been one of my favorite restaurants since I was young. I grew up going to the one in Southern California and have been to quite a few in this area now that I have moved.
They were very accommodating, we had a LARGE party of 13; and they were able to get us a table within half hour of us calling them. This location is 2 stories & has outdoor dining available. We were seated upstairs; near another large party who also had younger children. I think this was a great use of the space as both parties knew and had children of their own.
I am a sucker for the browned butter with mizithra cheese and is my go to. But there were so many different dishes ordered by our party, and there were nearly no complaints. We had one order that came out that had to be remade as there was an allergen we did not know about. For the amount of people we had the waitstaff did incredible.
We were treated well and rarely had a low or empty drink.
The food was all great quality and the service was wonderful.

The service was great! The food I think is a very good value for the price!
For San Jose downtown, very nice place if you need a sit down for family or the date

My wife went for their Dinner theater and it was actually really cool. The actors got everyone involved and for $80, you got a show and dinner for 2 people. Definitely going again for valentines day.

This place offers classic Spaghetti Factory fare that’s comforting, flavorful, and perfect for families with kids. The menu hits all the familiar Italian favorites, making it easy to find something for everyone, and the portions are generous and satisfying. The cocktail selection is impressive, too. I tried the Strawberry Drop, and it was delicious—fresh, balanced, and just the right amount of sweetness. The staff really enhances the experience. They’re friendly, attentive, and check in often without being intrusive, which makes dining here effortless and enjoyable.

Beyond the food, the ambiance is charming and unique, giving the space a fun and welcoming atmosphere that adds to the overall experience. Whether you’re coming for a family meal, a casual night out, or just to enjoy some classic Italian dishes with a great drink, this spot is definitely worth a visit.

I had to plan an appreciation dinner for my team, and while many other locations could not accommodate a party of our size on such short notice, The Old Spaghetti Factory were happy to assist us! Over the phone, staff were friendly and easy to deal with whether it was setting the reservation or finding more information. I wasn’t aware there was an event happening in the area causing members of my party to run into traffic and struggle to find parking, but the reception desk was very understanding.

Once we were all seated, our server was prompt with our orders and was on top of taking care of our beverages for the duration of our stay!

The food was good for what it was, I love mizithra pasta so no complaints there, and it was all quite affordable in terms of pricing. We were here on a Thursday night, so I cant really say much for expectations on the weekends, but I would highly recommend this location to host another event!

Thank you The Old Spaghetti Factory staff for taking great care of us!

So the first thing I noticed about this place was the service. I accidentally dropped my napkin on the floor. As I was picking it up the general manager Barney was there handed me a fresh napkin and taken the one I had just dropped on the floor away. Cole was my server and he was very attentive to my needs. Even had ice cream at the end of my meal. The baked lasagna was absolutely awesome. I have to say it’s better than my mom made. Sorry Mom. This place is a must visit the atmosphere service and food make this a five-star restaurant.

I have been to the Old Spaghetti Factory 40 years ago. Same atmosphere in the same concept. It was not a busy evening but service wasn’t so concerned about people coming in. Nevertheless we enjoyed it.

Creamiest, tasty veg pasta that you can get here is Mushroom ravioli. I have had most of their other pastas which are okay ish. However the veg mushroom beats them all. Definitely Recommend.
The soup wasn’t that fun, however I have had a better soup at a different branch of this restaurant

My friend and I had a casual lunch at this meticulously decorated restaurant—made especially enjoyable by the hospitable staff! Our server Christian was very kind and attentive, and we felt very much welcomed in the restaurant.

We shared a fried calamari and Mizithra cheese & browned butter spaghetti, which came with a generous loaf of bread, salad, and spumoni ice cream (a mix of chocolate, pistachio, and cherry flavors). The food was fantastic, and the portions were so generous.

Will definitely be back to try other specialties!

Saturday night dinner.
Basic Fare Husband and I chose the Anniversary Special. Calamari appetizer was fantastic and we also shared a Black Manhattan drink because the drink was strong it took Husband to help me along we sipped it all thru dinner.

The waiting time to be sat was 30mins but the service despite the madness was lovely.
It’s definitely a very popular place.

There is a parking tower about 1/2 block away.
On weekends 90mins are free then $1 per 15mins after that. Once we ordered our apps we realized an hr had passed so Husband exited and reparked
