ad a great experience at this Burger King! Anthony Luna provided excellent customer service – he was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was correct. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job and cares about the customers. The food was hot and fresh, and the whole visit was smooth. Definitely coming back!

My coworkers placed an order online for pickup, I had placed my order thru drive thru- I ordered the number 4, it’s supposed to have 5 French sticks.. I only received 4. I ordered MY coffee without ice. My coworker who placed the online order didn’t receive any ice in HIS iced coffee and he didn’t receive the hot sauce that comes with his burrito. The employee placed ALL of our orders into ONE bag. Sugar, creamer, hash browns scattered all over the bag. I was asked to back away from the drive thru window when I initially pulled in because “my order wasn’t ready” who waits over 6 minutes in drive thru for an order that didn’t even come out fresh? Safe to say I won’t be coming here anymore.

Customer service is horrible . Went through drive through and nobody spoke to take my order until i said something . I then went inside and one of the workers had red eyes as though he was under the influence. He is constantly making my milkshake thick and can’t go through the straw . Fries were old as well . This location is right across the street from my apartment , but i will be driving further for better quality and service .

My Whopper /w Xtra cheese was perfect! The cashier is well-mannered, polite, and speaks both English and Spanish very well. The neighborhood is transitioning to somewhat more Spanish speaking than before. Burger King takes good care of its customers. (If you don’t, someone else will). Good job!

The night lady Anna is honestly the best drive through person I’ve ever experienced. She’s so sweet and outgoing and made the late night adventure to Burger King awesome! She’s was so patient with me as well while I was figuring out what I wanted to eat! She deserves the world ❤️

i usually never write reviews, but i had to share my experience. i usually hit this BK on cermak and oak park ave up after work when i get off late around 2am since it is open 24 hours and right by my house. i always order the same thing a royal crispy meal and never had a problem. some days better than others but NEVER undercooked. yesterday may 2nd i go after work around 2:30 am i order my meal and go home and when im home i realize its a fish sandwich which is extremely inconsiderate to people that are allergic (i am not), but i didnt trip bc it happens, people make mistakes, ill let them know next time im there. i go today may 3rd around the same time 2:30am. i order my same meal and let her know that they gave me the wrong sandwich yesterday. she says “i do remember that” and compensates me with an EXTRA royal crispy with fries which i appreciated and thanked her for. i come home and BOTH of them are undercooked!! i ate less than half of one and just couldnt do it. i wasnt going to write this, but it just grinds my gears the more i think about it because it seems like this is done on purpose to push me away from going there. idk, maybe im tripping on that theory but cmon, 2 nights ina row i was just tryna have a lil after work meal. yall cant be playing with people’s food like that. there is no way you give a fish sandwich instead of chicken one day and then undercook TWO CHICKEN SANDWICHES the day after. either way they need to do better. this probably wont make a difference, but i am posting this just in case someone else has a similar experience as me. guess no more BK on oak park ave after work around 2:30am for me. yall got what yall wanted :'( ✌️

Horrible employess they all seem dead inside. Especially the employee on this reciept. Anything else was all she said after everything i asked immediatly. No smiles … jeeze talk about a dead end job.
