Ask the guy for the deal he said 3 for 5 orderd 6 roastbeef and 6 buffalo chicken charged me full price said I didn’t ask for the deal.Ask could you fix it didn’t say nothing smirk on his face .He handed me 2 bags there was only 6 roastbeef out of the 12 ordered was on the interstate not turning around. Food was good but check your bag before you leave.

There is a 3 for 5$ menu where you pick three of the 4 sandwiches. The cashier told me it was only the sliders you could get for 3 for 5$. Aggravating, I took a picture to send to corporate. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious

THIS HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS AGO, 08/09/2025 AND STILL HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. THIS ARBY’S DOES NOT DESERVE NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO ONE STAR BUT IT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO POST A REVIEW. THE OWNER, LISA MOUNTS, DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COMMON DECENCY NOR PROFESSIONALISM TO RESPOND TO ANY TEXTS MESSAGES, REFUSED TO ANSWER ANY OF THE MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS MADE NOR DID SHE RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS CONCERNING THIS MATTER, WANTING A RESPONSE FROM HER REGARDING THE PHOTO TAKEN OF MY WIFE’S SANDWICH WE SENT HER, WHICH CONSISTED OF A FULLY RAW, FREEZING COLD PIECE OF CHICKEN THAT SHE ACTUALLY BIT INTO & VOMITED AFTER. Workers here are STARS! They were short-handed and slammed with customers, but remained calm, focused, and apologetic for any delays, but food still came out with decent timing, fresh, hot & very tasty! Only downside were a few very impatient consumers who were so.ewhat disrespectful, thinking maybe their time was more important than others in line longer, ut the staff handled this very calmly and respectfully – 5+ stars on a 5-star grid!!

Got a double roast beef sandwich, opened the bun to put some horse radish sauce on it and… I wish I didn’t. Many beefs were hard and stale. It looked like all the skin was on some parts and I gagged and gagged trying to get a picture. Even though I didn’t eat it I can say I’m not hungry anymore. Appetite lost . I’ll probably be back in a few months IF I can get over this but, not a good experience. I love(d) their roast beef sandwiches, hopefully I can get past this.

I used the toilet at this establishment while an employee also used the toilet.
She did not properly wash her hands.
I pointed out to her that I can see that she did not wash her hands.
She said, ”my hands were wet.”
That’s the end of my story.
Go there if you want to.

Drive thru service tonight at 930. Food was cold and not good. My large tea was just over 2/3 full. The drive thru speaker is shot and the staff isn’t any better.This place sucks!

The beefsteak sub was good according to my dining partner. The buffalo chicken was inedible and thrown away. The meat was rubbery and had no flavor. The buffalo sauce was applied so amply, it dripped from the sandwich before even opening the wrapper. The amount of sauce was too much for the bun,
causing it to disintegrate so the
sandwich couldn’t be handheld. The restaurant was clean and friendly staff. No cars in the lot aside from staff when we arrived and only 2 cars in line at the window despite it was the lunch hour. That was a clue.. .

The lady at the drive through acted like she didn’t want to wait on me. The sweet tea barely had any sugar, the double roast beef was the size of a single and the fries appeared to be thrown in the bag. This isn’t the first time I’ve had bad experiences here but thought I would give it another chance. Now I have to say I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone nor will I ever go back.
