Food: the food is decently portioned and it’s easy to get full with the selections of pasta! Great place to eat and lunch specials were also good.
Price: I spent about $40 for an appetizer, endless soup, an entree, an iced coffee, and a take home meal so I think I got an acceptable amount for the price.
Service: The waiter’s name was Derek and he was super funny and hospitable even with all the questions I asked him! Humorous staff and someone came to ask how our food was ever so often which was reassuring. Didn’t take long to get the food either and Derek even gave the table extra chocolate! Loved it
5/5 all around highly recommended it!

Ordered pick up. The order says “ready by 6:57”
I go out and get there around 7. Proceeded to sit in my car with no update or contact. I get out and go inside at 7:30. See about 3 people currently waiting for an order. I see my large bag of food sitting on the counter, with the big “6:57” pick up time on the receipt. I ask for my food and get told by someone (who i assume was doing their best with the situation at hand) that “it needs checked out.” I paid online, in full, just hand me my food. So I wait another couple of minutes until my food is given to me. I have no idea how long its been out. Oh well, I chock it up to the day I’ve been having. Well, I get home to our takeaway meals for tomorrow being warm already. This is either from them just sitting for so long that it started to reheat or it was cooked. Bread sticks have gone cool and have begun condisating. Then, the topper for me, I open my chicken tortellini Alfredo to a flooded bowl of maybe 6 pieces of chicken and a few morsels of ravioli. I spent $100 to not have to cook dinner tonight. I tipped. You guys stole my evening and provided me with the most disappointing olive garden experience I’ve ever had. Honestly want my money back but I dont want to waste any more time there.

This has to be a joke. My server was amazing at first, but when I used the machine to put in an alcohol order, she never brought it. So I pressed the call server button and it took 8 minutes for a random employee to bring me my drinks and asked if i still needed my server. My drinks were made within 3 minutes of placing my order, but my waitress did not notice. She was not busy with other guests either except for maybe 6-7 minutes during that entire wait. My drinks tasted like a melted watered down popsicle.

The bathrooms were truly filthy. Also, who keeps a plunger next to a toilet? Literally has to be months since that bathroom has had a good scrub down. There was also a poop streak down the toilet on the outside. Maintenance is not doing their due diligence. I will not be returning to this location.

After a long day I decided to get a to go order. I havent been here in over a year and figured pasta for dinner sounds abt right. I ordered the chicken parmigiana but instead of spaghetti asked to get it fettuccine alfredo pasta along with alfredo sauce. I also asked for no mariana sauce on the chicken. The server did confirm order with me and all was correct. I waited there for 15 mins. The place was not busy and I was the only one waiting for take out. I say this to emphasize that the place wasnt hectic and super busy. I got charged extra to get my substitution which i have no problem paying. But I didnt get what i ordered. I got home and unbag my food and received plain spaghetti instead of fettuccine noodles. Oh and no utensils was provided. I can expect this type of mix up if the place was busy but it wasn’t. I paid an up charge and still didnt get what I wanted. Now I remember why its been so long since I’ve been here. Couldn’t upload pic but I have it along w order receipt.

We arrived at 9:00 pm on a Saturday night, two hours before closing. We were told that the restaurant had just finished serving a large party and that the kitchen was still trying to recover, so if we chose to dine there would be an hour and a half wait. This was confusing, as the restaurant appeared mostly empty. The message we received was that although they were open, they preferred that we not be seated because the kitchen needed more time after the large party.

For context, we were a party of 16. To be accommodating, we offered to split up and sit in different areas of the restaurant. This seemed like a reasonable solution, but we were told no. The host stated they had already spoken with the manager, Alex, and that it would still be an hour and a half wait. This was difficult to understand given the number of open tables and the fact that the restaurant still had two hours before closing.

A better approach could have been to seat us gradually, limit menu options, or clearly explain specific kitchen constraints rather than giving a blanket wait time that did not align with what we observed. As it stood, the situation felt poorly handled and dismissive.

I will be escalating this experience to the corporate office, as this did not reflect the level of service or problem solving I would expect from Olive Garden.

Absolutely amazing experience! Our server Ayden was on his first day of training, and he still gave us exceptional service. He even spoke to us in Spanish, identified the dishes from the photos, and explained everything clearly and concisely. He was so kind and attentive — we loved him! We’ll definitely be coming back thanks to his outstanding service.

The quality of the Salmon was not good. The manager gave us a fresh order but texture was still the same. Everything else was good.

So there we were… me and my girlfriend sinking nearly 300 ft into the pacific ocean after jack sparrow tied an anchor to our ankles then proceeded to dump us for betraying him… anyways fast forward not even 3 minutes we’re rapidly sinking and there came MEGAN, she swooped us out of the ocean and laser beamed the chains off our ankles from the anchor. She brought us in her supercool submarine and gave us never-ending breadsticks and unlimited pasta and lemme tell ya it was epic. GAWD.
