I understand that on Christmas Eve you might have different hours. However, you should post those hours and also if you’re going to close off the drive-thru at a certain time, do not let your drive-thru get so backed up that people have already been sitting there waiting for 15 minutes and are just now finding out they’re not going to get service. They just wasted 15 minutes when they could have gone somewhere else

The food is actually decent- it’s the SERVICE that is TERRIBLE. Been coming to the location for over a decade- today, I ordered chicken nuggets for myself and a separate 4-piece nuggets for my dog that was in the car with me. I asked for a small cup of water for my dog (we’ve done this for years). They asked me to pull over to the side and wait for my meal and I did that.The manager, a young black woman with her hair pulled back came out and gave me the food. When I asked again for the small cup of water, she walked away saying “we do not give out cups of water.” That was not true as I’ve made this order for years for my dog. I brought the food inside and requested a refund as I was not satisfied with the service. I requested a refund SEVERAL times and She refused to give me a refund. At about my 5th request she said there was nothing wrong with my food- I told her I was dissatisfied with her service. At that point she FINALLY gave me a refund. I will NEVER come to this location ever again!

I requested light ice due to the customer service person will fill the cup up with Ice which will leave very little room for the soft drink. In fact about 4 oz. Now they want to charge .50 more for what “you don’t want” a cup full of ICE!!! Something else I feel is it’s absurd, is on the cup itself it’s marked medium for a more popular or desired type of drink and a large for a less popular drink!!! Foolishness and greed!!!!!! I order an apple pie , it was burnt and dry!!! Not all McDonald’s have this practice. This is greed on so many levels.
Save your money go to Chick-fil-A right up the street, get better service , better quality of food and service and also you aren’t up charged for light ice!!!!!!!!!
By the way I asked the cashier at the 1st window why was I charge an up charge, she lied and said I wasn’t charged one!!!

Waited in line for 8 minutes before even getting to the speaker box to place my order. After I paid I pulled up to the window where I only received half my breakfast order. In the spand of 3 minutes I had 2 people come back and forth to the window. 1 I believe was a manager but I’m unsure because if so they were rude and unprofessional. They asked me to move up and wait. At this point I’m already unhappy with the customer service and I declined. The young man goes shouts she said she minds and I can hear the back and forth about my declining. Now I’m uncomfortable taking the missing sandwich. The woman comes up physically upset that I refuse to make their time better by moving up so I just request a refund. She doesn’t say anything else to me just snatches the bag from me and walk away. I asked well do you want the receipt? She comes back to take the receipt and walks away again. She comes back with cash even though I paid on my card but also she did not return my receipt to me. Smart on her end because I was definitely going to call in the store number to report them. Fortunately for them I was now late for work and did not have the time to park, walk in and complain to get my receipt back. Will not be returning and/or recommending their business.

this place has hours posted, but they’re never open during the hours that are posted especially at night. They will turn off the exterior lights to pretend that they’re closed leading any DoorDash or GrubHub/Uber eats to think that they’re closed therefore, any order you will put under any mobile app will cancel due to the driver thinking that the location is closed causing a delay in food or money return the store should be closed and every employee should be fired.

We ordered hash browns and breakfast for 6 people. I got a coupon for 20 nuggets and 3 bbq sauce. They said they don’t serve nuggets right now. Which is understandable but instead of giving e back the coupon they threw it away. Customer service really really bad, bad experience.

Might be the worse McDonalds ever. Don’t use the app. Don’t order until you get there because you never know whether they will have what you ordered. And if they don’t they can’t help you. They tell you to go the the app.
