Seating for a Saturday was about average 35-40min wait with no reservation. Drinks for 3 took awhile we waited for our other 2 guests to show up and took 17mins-I know I watched after 10mins went by. I ordered 16oz bone in Ribeye med rare, loaded bake potatoe and fries. Steak was almost welldone! I sent it back and got the classic mad cook steak back. ♂️ My Steak the 2nd time was rare with a heavy crisp sear and over seasoned ridiculously where it was almost hard to eat to be honest. The food and experience wasn’t worth the wait in my opinion.

Good quality food with large portions. The only reason the atmosphere was downgraded was because we were seated right next to a large and NOISY party despite the restaurant being only about 20% full. Very poor choice by the hostess. Were about to ask to be re-seated by server came with appetizers almost immediately. Didn’t want to drag food to another section. Will definitely return but will be more demanding about where seated.

I love the food here! I get the shrimp and ribs almost every time I come in and it’s always delicious and the prices are fair. What sucks is how slow the service can be even if the restaurant isn’t very busy. I always tip 20% or more, I also work in food service so I get it, but please can your servers check on tables more than once every 30 minutes?

We have been going to Cheddars for years. To be fair, last night (Sunday) was the first time we had multiple negative issues. After over an hour wait, we were finally seated. As we began to look at our menus we realized how dark it was. The spotlight above our table was out, making it difficult to read. The table directly in front of us was empty and had working lights, so we requested to be moved. The manager came to our table and told us that section was closed and if we wanted to move, we’d have to go to the bottom of the wait list. We declined. Within a half hour another party was seated at the table we had requested to be moved to. Our entire party was confused. Why were we treated like that? The food was fine but the poor waiter was so overworked that he begged for all of us in the area to understand that the slow service wasn’t on him. We definitely won’t go on a Sunday night again.

Exceptional service from the manager Zack! Very sincere and attentive to our needs. The food was very delightful and their appetizers are some of the best. I highly recommend giving this place a visit- nice for nice sit down with the family.

The reason only 2 stars…the hostess today 3/4/26, she was the most rude person I have ever seen deal with customers .(and I was in customer service for 35 years for a large company)
When we arrived, I gave her the information of a call ahead for a party of 10. She acknowledged it was ready and when half of the party arrived we would be seated. That’s fine, not a problem. Less than 2 minutes, more than half arrived and I let her know. Her comment “it will be 10 minutes or so, we aren’t ready and I have to find someone to serve you.” I ask about her saying she was ready for us and seating when half of party arrived. That’s when everything went down hill!! When she said we don’t take reservations (I know) you’ll have to wait (snarky). Asking for a manager and she said there wasn’t one there. Three gals finally came out, one said she would wait on us. (Again party of 10). One of the 3 took us to our table (no tables were used where she took used) As one of our party passed the hostess, she said “your table is ready, go take your seat!! WHAT?? That person in our party was so upset with the hostess she wasn’t going to stay for lunch!
All in all…the 3 gals that took over were WONDERFUL!!! The hostess needs more training in customer service or don’t put her out front!! She should not be dealing with customers.

Family friendly place with a wide variety of choices on the menu. They definitely know how to fry some chicken! I recommend the chicken wraps and country fried steak dinner. Real comfort food! We’ve been coming here for years to dine in, but I also utilize their pickup when I need a great meal to take home. Easy to order online and pick up services never been late.

My wife loved her food.
My food gave me food poisoning ( chicken pot pie) I didn’t even make out of the restaurant. Before well you all know what happens with food poisoning. It was an interesting ride home hanging out door at ever stop light.

Bartender was great, nice conversations.
Knowledgeable about the restaurants history and the fish. She made the experience nice.

Some of the best restaurant food ever. Went to dinner with nieces and cousins. The server we had was amazing kind quick didnt even ask for a refill she was on it. At the end of the meal she brought the bills offered to run our.credit cards and then proceeded to tell us she didnt deserve a tip she felt. She felt she did not give us great service. We left her over 50.dollars in tips.. we could not have had better service. I was so impressed ..i will be going back there. For the food and service.. the onion rings are the best by the way
