Mekia impressed me when we arrived she was immediately cleaning a table for us to to sit and was very polite. The entire time during our visit Mekia kept busy and took our second drink order very quickly and politely. And stayed busy taking care of other people as well keeping calm and patient.

I haven’t been to a Golden Corral in over 15 years, but I must say this location was well worth stopping at. Whoever is doing the cooking is cooking that food with love. Everything was amazing, and those rolls—I would take all of them to go if I could. I will be back whenever I’m in Louisiana.

I’m starting this off with the cleanliness because that’s one reason I haven’t been in years to eat here, BUT it was really clean in there. We didn’t pick up one dirty plate, our waitress, Evelyn was phenomenal & checked in on the kids & I a lot. They gave you the option of hand sanitizer AND gloves for serving yourself & having OCD with touching surfaces others do that was AWESOME to have available. The food was SO good. The only thing I didn’t like is I got full. Lol
It was affordable for 2 people & we really enjoyed ourselves. Even my 1 year old was able to eat so many different items. We definitely will be back.

Yolanda was an amazing server and my team and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The cold bar/salad bar was not as organized or neat as the hot bar and desert area but overall this was a great experience! cw

I have nothing negative to say about this place. The staff are very friendly and show they care. Evelyn is a very good server and makes sure you’re taking care of. Haven’t been here in a long time and I like the renovation. The atmosphere was good and was crowded (after 1pm). Decided to get take out. I got fried chicken (no flavor), meat loaf (dry), fish (bland), green beans and greens( no seasoning). The vegetables were “from the can, to the pot, to your plate ‘!! The only thing that had flavor was the shrimp and the salad I made. With spending a little over $40.00, I expected better. Not to put Golden Corral down but they could’ve done better. Maybe they changed cooks (I don’t know) but if that’s the case, they need to bring them back.
