Literally the worst service I’ve ever had . The food was good – however we were not acknowledged for over25 minutes once we were sat . When we finally got a server – we had no silverware , no plates , nothing . Then once we got our food and drinks – she never came back to see if we needed refills or anything . Towards the end of our night, we had to have another server help us and when I told him we have not seen our server again – he was rude and defended the absent server . I’ve never experienced anything like this .. ever. It was “ busy “ but nothing that crazy to where they couldn’t at least attend to paying customers .

Fantastic place! Super busy but staff was busting ass to keep everyone satisfied. One couple was completely out of line & the way he spoke to an a member of management (i believe) was out of bounds! I would never allow couple back in. Only reason I am stating this is because I was thoroughly impressed by the way

Best grouper Reuben I have had in the area. Wings were good and drinks good. Outdoor patio lot of smokers but plenty of indoor seating for the non smokers. Great customer service. Greet pricing!

Love Eddies so much. But today they were so busy and I waited 20 minutes to pay my tab. The manager, Michelle, yelled in my face, “can’t you see we’re busy,” she is awful. No one that works there likes her and I told her that. She called the police and said I was trespassing. If she would not have taken possession of my card, which no one that works there has ever done in the three years I’ve been going there, I would’ve paid and left. Now she says I am banned for 30 days. Tom, you need adequate staff and a manager that the staff doesn’t hate. I’ve seen her make staff cry. She is really awful. Too bad, because we have never had any problem there. Your manager is truly off side.

Not to be dramatic, but this was the best tasting food I had my entire Florida trip. As a Wisconsinite I take my dairy and cheese very seriously! And man, you guys, their mozzarella sticks are better then most I’ve tried in WI!!!! They’re as thick as motorcycle handle bars and the cheese pull was legendary. They also have a bucket of Corona (5 beers for $20) and that was the cheapest beer I could find (why is alcohol so gosh darn expensive). Staff was super cute and friendly! Also I definitely recommend the scrub rub chicken wings/leggies. We got the cool ranch ones and they were supreme! I am not able to eat beef or pork so when I saw they have a Philly chicken sandwich I was so beyond happy. 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Florida and will definitely miss those cheese sticks…

We arrived around 5:30 and sat at a table, It was busy, but there was a few empty tables. Not one staff member approached us. We tried to ask for service, no one would even make eye contact. A patron had a loud argument with the manager about getting his credit card back after waiting 15 minutes to get it back from the waitress. There was a lot of yelling. It was a hot mess! Sad, cause the food we saw at some tables looked good. We left.
