Eric was our server and he was absolutely amazing. He was efficient, friendly, and his personality truly stood out. His willingness to go above and beyond to offer great customer service made the entire experience memorable. The food came out hot and fresh, and the wings had good flavor, though we did notice a few feathers that we had to remove ourselves. Overall, it was a wonderful visit.
Catherine was also very sweet and added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I took my grandbaby and niece for dinner. I was not in the mood to cook dinner. I had to wait 10 minutes before being seated. Once seated, the service staff was pleasant and quick. The food was good. The price was descent, and you can pay on their little tablet that on the table.

My rib and I visited Outback in Winston Salem, NC. We have eaten here plenty of times for our date night and have enjoyed the times there. Even had the same waitress ( Tiondra) one visit before and she was wonderful. But tonight she was terrible, our food was slow coming out, I asked for a tea to go and never received it nor the box we asked for. I had to go to the bar for a box to go. After waiting for several minutes for my tea we just left. Before we left she told me my tea was on the way out. She was waiting on the table next to us as we were leaving. She never acknowledged us leaving and never said anything to us. By the way I never got my tea. Very disappointed in this visit. I would like to come back because we enjoy the food and atmosphere. But she needs some lessons on customer service.

I love eating at outback, all the waiters and waitresses know me on first term basics. I eat there so often I don’t even hve to tell what I want because they know what I want I always get the same and have been for ever. I am very pleased. I always get the filet always, sometimes I get the 6 oz and most of the time I get the 8 oz. Tonight I got the 8 oz. I always order my steak char grilled, no spices and tender juicy and lightly pink inside, not cooked hard. I always get two baked potatoes with extra extra chive’s, extra sour cream, some extra butter and bread. I am very pleased with the quality of the of food, service and how quickly I get served. I hve a personal relationship with three of the waitresses and on of the male servers Bob is his name. He is very prey professional and an excellent waiter. I am very pleased with Outback over all for the quality of the food that you serve and for the service of food.

It was our first time at an Outback Steakhouse. I was craving a burger for days and was extremely excited for this dinner date.
The location and the restaurant itself are great, big and clean parking area. The staff was wonderful, service was fast and welcoming.
The only problem we had was the food. While it looked awesome and super appetizing, the taste didn’t live up to it.
Both our meals were salty enough to overshadow the entire beef flavor. Sadly that made my burger and my husbands steak dip pretty hard to enjoy. Our neighboring table also talked about the food being very salty.
The bread and the sauces were amazing tho! Another plus point I want to add: I’m pregnant and I asked for the burger to be medium cooked and they did a great job. It was on spot, still juicy and not dry at all.
I really hope you guys can figure something out about this, because I can see a lot of potential in the menu. Maybe it was just a one time thing and we got unlucky that day. But as for how we got the food today it unfortunately wasn’t very good.

I’m accustomed to something being missed occasionally on a restaurant order or something else minor so I don’t believe in leaving a bad review every time something may not be to my satisfaction… thing happen BUT this was very different. I was in town for a conference at the Marriott hotel 3 miles away on Feb. 21. Got back to the hotel at 8pm (they close at 11pm) and ordered 2 rib dinners with two lemonades. The first Uber Eats driver never got to the restaurant and another driver arrived at the restaurant and waited 2 hours. They told her that they were still preparing the dinners after about an hour and a few minutes later said they didn’t have the ribs but would offer steak instead and I agreed. When she finallyndilivered the order they said that they didn’t have lemonade and gave me one Coca Cola without asking if I even wanted it. They basically didn’t have the ribs AND lemonade I originally order and gave me whatever was left just before closing. The driver said the waitress was even embarrassed. They say lighting doesn’t strike twice but this is the second horrible experience I have had with Outback in two weeks and two different locations. I am done with them. The steak was tiny compared to a full rack of ribs that was order for both rib orders and the potatoe was very dry and they wrapped 4 broccoli spears in foil instead of adding a good amount to the plastic container. They ripped me off because they charged me there same amount of money for what they call steak. Also, it was thrown together in the container. It looked like they were overwhelmed and running out of food and giving whatever to customers. The worst service EVER at any restaurant I have been to. I tipped the Uber Eats driver $50 because she lost out on other orders waiting for my order and we would have gone to bed hungry. I was left trying to find something to drink after I gave my son the Coca Cola. I can’t say enough how bad this was. Terrible way to end a great trip to Winston Salem. The meal should have been free or some compensation made but that never happened. Everything was also cold. No apology, no anything. Stay far away from this place.

Very sorry place to eat. I hate to say that because it has been a great place to eat for years. We went here expecting a good meal, we sat here with no bread, completely out of all sweet and regular potatoes. To top it off ever ate with pastic wear. Very sad place and would never recommend. Management cares nothing about customers and it’s very easy to tell!

Had an excellent experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Winston-Salem, NC. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was attentive and friendly. The food was exactly what you expect from Outback, steaks cooked perfectly, fresh sides, and everything came out hot and on time.
I especially want to give a shoutout to the manager, Jordan. You can really tell when a place is well-run, and Jordan sets the tone for the entire team. He checked in to make sure everything was great, handled things professionally, and genuinely seemed to care about the guest experience. That level of leadership makes a huge difference.
Overall, this location consistently delivers great service, great food, and a comfortable dining experience. Definitely one of the better Outback locations around, and we’ll absolutely be back.

This location never disappoints! The employees are always attentive, nice, and do their job well. Their steaks are cooked to perfection (no re-cook or send backs). The servers are great about spacing each item out so that your table isn’t piled up. Or your food getting cold while you try to finish your appetizer or salad. The portions are average (we always have leftovers). So yes definitely worth your money and time. They have great specials daily. With great prices and variety.
