I’ve never been to a chick fl a so unprofessional, dirty and slow. The food is always mediocre here. It’s never hot, it always takes forever and I always regret coming to this location. I’m not sure you guys were out of breading tonight but the sandwiches and nuggets had NO flavor. We also eat inside so the kids cause play on the play ground. We decided not to tonight because every table is always dirty and the floors are a disaster… which came word for word from my 8 year old, that should tell you enough. They gave us our food without a single sauce. Which has happened before so we knew to check. I will never be returning to this location. This is absolutely disappointing. Wasting $60 on trash food. Your staff obviously does not care. Laughing and giggling the whole time and no one has time to make sure the orders are correct and up to par. Just take a look at the pics, you’d think I got this from another restaurant. I bought 30 nuggets and 3 sandwich’s. Our family has never not finished every bite, except for tonight. This chicken is dry and tasteless. I could go on forever. TRASH. Im a restaurant manager and I can’t believe such a great chain would let a location get so bad. The dates we’ve been are Oct 25th, September 30th and August 9th. We’ve gone to other ones in between that have been phenomenal. We finally learned our lessons. Most ridiculous and disappointing.

The girl in drive thru tonight (3/7) needs to be evaluated. We came to the window, and was told we were waiting on our drinks to be made. We watched her give our drinks to the car behind us, that car gave the drinks back to her because they werent theirs, and she took the drinks and put it on the DT counter all within eyesight of our car, then picked up the SAME DRINKS they just received back and tried to play it off like “our drinks were being made”????? absolutely unacceptable. im glad we watched that happen because what wouldve happened if we didnt?? what if they drank out of it??? thats basic safety protocol to throw those away. And then she got pissy because we ASKED HER TO REMAKE THEM??? im surprised we didnt ask for a manager. my husband said not to. Then we said thank you after everything and got no response back. Our ticket says Sabrina, but whoever was a grey shirt in the drive thru with long black hair and tattoos on her arm(s). You need food safety training and an attitude adjustment because you were ABSOLUTELY in the wrong.

I just got breakfast from this Chick-fil-A and I just have to say it was amazing. The speed was impeccable as well as when I went to use the restroom. There was Worship music and it was just beautiful made my morning. God bless Miss Kacey and all the workers that were here!

This was a really good chickfila! Fries were hot and crispy! Greens were fresh in the salad. Had a very small mixup with the order & Nick took really good care of us with a smile. Another girl was super helpful but forgot her name. Bathrooms were clean& the parking lot was as well. Im not from the area but Ill keep this location in mind when Im back. Thank you guys so much!

I just got the new Chick fila pretzel sandwich! It came with lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun. It does come with bacon but I don’t eat bacon, I got a combo which includes a cherry coke and waffle fries! The sandwich was really good and I definitely recommend this to everybody!

I’m really disappointed with our visit today. The mac and cheese was okay, but everything else was not good at all. The nuggets were overcooked and dry, and the chicken sandwich was also overcooked, which made it tough and not enjoyable to eat.
The worst part was the sweet tea. It was absolutely disgusting. It tasted either extremely old or like it was made in a container that wasn’t clean. I took one sip and couldn’t even bring myself to drink the rest.
This was not the quality I expect, and it was a really disappointing experience overall. I hope this location pays more attention to food freshness and quality control moving forward.

We love Chick Fil A in general, but this place has become a Friday night staple for us because the kids love running around in the little play place while us parents eat our meals. The play place might be tiny, but it’s plenty to keep them entertained while we have a relaxing dinner. Love it!

I have been to many Chick-fil-A’s all over the US in the last year. I have never seen anything like this one. The drive though is NOT efficient, the employee (1 during 5p dinner rush) was outside with no misters or fans going, and the handoff of the food had US asking THEM if it was ours? Perception is everything and this location has a lot to be desired.

We were there just before 8 AM on a Saturday, and we had the entire dining room all to ourselves, although were several cars going through the drive through. There were fresh cut flowers on every table, but I guess that was not enough attraction for the folks who’d rather not get out of their cars. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was good like Chik-Fil-A should be. We had enjoyed our breakfast.

This Chick-fil-A location has repeatedly provided terrible customer service. Orders are frequently wrong, staff seems untrained or careless, and there is little to no effort to fix mistakes when they happen.
What’s most frustrating is that this is not a one-time issue—it happens almost every visit. Long wait times, incorrect charges, missing items, and a lack of accountability have become the norm here.
Chick-fil-A is known for great service Always!but this location does not reflect that standard at all. It honestly feels misleading to customers who expect the usual quality and professionalism associated with the brand.
Management seriously needs to step in. Until major changes are made, I do not recommend this location.
