I want to start by saying the customer service here was excellent. The staff was understanding, respectful, and handled my concerns professionally. They even offered a refund without any pushback and tried to make it right by adding extra fries to my bag. I truly appreciate their effort and willingness to resolve the situation.
However, this isn’t really about one order. This feels like a larger issue with transparency around portion sizes. The small and medium fry bags appear nearly identical, yet there’s still a price difference between them. This isn’t the first time McDonald’s has adjusted sizes (it happened in the early 2000s) but at least then the packaging clearly reflected the change. Now, it feels like the name is different more than the portion.
While I’m grateful for how the staff handled it, giving extra fries or refunds case-by-case doesn’t address the broader issue. They can’t realistically offer free fries to everyone who questions the portion size. The pricing simply doesn’t feel aligned with what’s being served, and long-time customers notice these patterns.
The employees did their part and handled it well. My concern is with the lack of transparency at the corporate level.

During rainy day they blocked the parking near building and had to park out to walk over in rain. Their service was not great. I would go somewhere else instead going here again.

We stopped before a long drive and had several orders. The woman who took our order was wonderful! She was quick and efficient and then even double checked our order when it was ready. The restaurant was clean as well and we were very pleased with the stop.

A drive thru employee at this location told my mom to “shut her child up” a because he was crying while we were ordering. Mind you, he’s 3 years old and has autism.. After speaking to the manager, his only response was “she wasn’t aware that your son had autism.” As if it’s ok to tell anyone, let alone a THREE year old to Shutup. The manager handled the situation horribly, and after asking how we can contact a higher manager, he responded by saying “go find the 1-800 number”…. I uploaded a picture of the manager, if I could I would upload the video as well.
