The Staff and the Mgr. here are all very kind. I have never had an issue at this restaurant. All the food served is good. I love the Chocolate Hershey Milkshake … oh my goodness!!!!

Stopped here today for lunch, as I was working in the area. Ordered the “Crispy Onion Whopper” changed the condiments on the burger to what I wanted, Ketchup, Mustard, cheese and the “crispy” onions. Removed BACON and ONION rings. charged me 0.30 for Xtra. Have the slip showing the deletion of lettuce, pickles, MAYO, barbecue sauce. CLEARLY printed on the “sandwich” make ticket . They weren’t busy, 1 other person in line after me, and no one in line ahead. Waited got my food and left. Got back to work and I may as well have written my order in braile . I’m alergic to MAYO!!!! DRIVE back to the resturant, and explain the problem. Had to practically YELL what I wanted, past the clerk to the cook. ITS PRINTED ON YOUR SLIP ON THE BURGER YOU MADE INCORRECTLY READ IT AGAIN, OR HAVE SOMEONE READ IT TO YOU.
Never offered a refill on my drink, my fries had gotten cold etc etc. Asked in an email how was the service…….. sent this to them. My response from BK customer service. Mr. Yancey, blah blah, I’m happy to offer you a $5 coupon for your experience today. Hmm WOW, $5 on an $8.29 burger. The generosity stuns me. You can keep the $5. And I won’t be shopping at ANY B.K.

Pointed out to the staff that there wasn’t any bacon in the bacon cheese tots. The reply was oh they are always like that… Did offer to get me another serving reluctantly, but I said I didn’t want it, I just wanted to point it out to them.
Staff where not interested. Bad customer service even worse management as in caring enough to take note of the complaint.

I drive and live in a semi truck, I can’t fit in a drive thru. I hate when places do this because truckers and people on foot can’t access the restaurant. I called the number on google and no one answered and I knocked on the front door and I was ignored. Having a car should not be a requirement to have access to a restaurant.

For a fast food restaurant, they are an awesome choice. This particular joint has relatively fast drive thru service, which is a huge plus. Food is pretty typical for fast food. Also, the people at the drive thru window usually are polite, unlike so many today.
