I ordered a pizza to be delivered and the order came through as pick up. I was willing to tip well but instead had to go get it. If you call it’s a machine and no way to fix online. This was very annoying for our family night in. I like the pizza but will never do business there again. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

Order your food atleast an hour and a half before you actually want to eat! I had to order through DoorDash since the Domino’s app failed over 5 times to send the order. Finally got it done on DoorDash at 6:23pm while I’m sitting in the Boaz Walmart parking lot (about 15min from home). Domino’s is about 5min from the house in Albertville. The pizza didn’t arrive until 7:45pm! Yet the tracker said it was in the quality check stage at 6:40pm. Mind you, this was just a medium, one topping pizza and a dessert, not some huge order. And based on these reviews, going in person isn’t any faster. My dad will have to settle for Marcos or something or I’ll find another Domino’s farther away and drive to it. Ridiculous.

So we placed an order sitting in food city parking lot, used app. Logged in, went thru all the questions, and picking items. Then updated card, etc. Finally got order placed, at the right store, and the app showed, expect 20 to like 28 min. So Sat in parking lot, for a little while, wife n I rode around behind arbys, n tj Maxx shopping center, finally drove up to drive through window, sat there for like 15 min. Finally girl came to window. Asked name and stuff, but then says it would be at least 30 min. Or more like an hour, I told her I have been waiting over 20 min. And it started raining a little bit. And the order was like curbside pickup. Wasn’t sure if we’re to pickup at window, but didn’t want girl to walk out in rain, so after I sat at window for extra 10 min. She says she’s only one there. And could be another hour, in the 20 min we were just by there parking lot, no one was coming or going. So the girl was rude, and I told her we already been waiting because app was saying like 25 min. So she said she would cancel order. I figured I had better. Wouldn’t want her, as she was rude and angry, didn’t need pizzas from her, might be a while before I try domino’s

This location is going to hell in a handbasket… the last time I ordered I added Jalepeno to the extravaganza, they me a Jalepeno pizza. I live 20 minutes away so I called and was told I already had a credit so they couldn’t add another…tonight I ordered thinking I had free pizza and now the credit isn’t showing and the credit card machine isn’t working. Be glad my wife went to pick it up and not me, it would have been left.

Today, I placed an order at the Dominos in Albertville, Alabama, and it was the absolute worst customer service I’ve had from ANY Dominos. From the time I placed my order to the time the order was in my hands was 1.5 hours. I tried to pick it up in the drive thru but was told to park and they would bring my food to me. I waited in my car for almost 45m until I got fed up and went inside. Waiting for me inside was my food that had been ready for over 20 minutes!! I complained to the manager, and she said the guy who told me he would bring my food out “forgot about me.” What a piss poor excuse that was. Instead of taking accountability for her team as a leader, this person tried to blame an individual under her. All she had to say for herself was an empty “sorry.” And that she would let the worker know. By time I got home my pizza was cold. But at least I got a “sorry” right? Pathetic. Save your money, and more importantly your time, and order from a local pizza shop, or at least a different Dominos.

Today I ordered and paid for a pizza online for pick up through the drive through window. When I arrived the line at the window was backed up so I parked in front of the store and my husband went inside to pick up our order which was ready and paid for. Apparently, we didn’t park in a correct parking space because my husband came back out without food and proceeded to inform me that the person inside refused to give him our food until we parked the car in a different spot. The lines for the parking spots are basically non-existent and the parking lot is full of craters. So, I parked my car two feet over and I went in to get my food. I asked what the problem was with giving my husband the food and was informed by the worker, who told me his name was Matthew, that it was because we were in a non-parking spot. Under no circumstances should my food which was already bought and paid for been withheld from me due to my parking spot. If there are that many concerns about where people park then the parking lot needs repaved and relined. Additionally, my garlic butter was missing from my order. So, I called Matthew and let him know that maybe if he paid more attention to my order instead of where I parked I would have received all of my order and wanted a refund for the garlic butter. He would not give me a refund but told me I could get a store credit. I asked for the manager and he informed he was the assistant manager. When I asked when the manager would be in he told me that I he was not obligated to tell me that so since I don’t know when or how to contact the actual store manager I am leaving this information here and forwarding to corporate as well…even if it is not a “corporate” store.
