A hidden gem for sure. Stopped in without expectations to grab a bite before our flight. Were warmly greeted and our luggage was seamlessly secured. The food was so delicious and the service was absolutely phenomenal. Our waiter Santiago explained everything with detail and knowledge. He remained close by and extremely attentive, making sure everything was absolutely perfect. Highly highly recommend.

Its authentic Panamanian food with tourists prices $15 – $20 per person. Food most times is served warm at best. The meat and fried food can be overcooked as well depending on the entree. Locals do eat here, but you will see more expats and tourists here. 3 stars for food. 5 stars for atmosphere.

Came here for dinner because it was recommended to us and was near our accommodation. We had a tasting platter and a seafood soup, with some limonadas.
Whilst the seafood soup is really good, I was not super impressed with the tasting platter and the limonadas are actually quite bad all things considered – it tasted as though they are from a bottle!
It is an ok spot to go but I am not sure if I would return, not because it is bad but because there are probably better spots to go for typical food in Panama City.

The staff welcomed me with big smiles, making me feel instantly at home.
I had the Ceviche, which was fresh and delicious, and the Sancocho was authentic and full of heart warming flavor.s My only wish is that the chicken were a bit more tender and free of tiny soft bones.
Overall, I was extremely happy with my visit.
P.s. Don’t forget to ask for the Picante de la Casa (the spicy sauce of the house)… amazing
