Admittedly, my party showed up late, 9:30 pm, but I didn’t know they closed at 10 pm. When asked whether the steakhouse could be cooked Pittsburgh-style, the chef refused because he or she claimed, “it was too late and the kitchen was about to close.”

The initial wait time after being seated attributed to the length of time we stayed. The drinks were brought out in to-go plastic cups; I wasn’t expecting that. We also had no silverware when the food came out, so we had to wait until we could find the server to ask. I wasn’t sure whether they planned to bring out plasticware instead like they did or drinks!

The food itself was pretty good, it’s just the service that felt a bit discombobulated. The spinach dip was awesome! Order the steak doneness one step before what you actually want. For example, I prefer medium well, so I’ll order medium instead.

Overall, we were fed and the food did the job. I can’t say it’s my favorite location, but it wasn’t terrible. They just need to sharpen their service a bit.

They can NOT cook a medium strip to save their soul. The food is ALWAYS WRONG when you do mobile orders. They’ve issued far too many grift cards for wrong, over cooked food. I STILL give them a chance. This is it! I’m done! The potato soup is stiff and gritty! You check in and still have to go inside pick up order. Their excuse, “The kitchen is backed up..” Got Damb! Y’all are always backed up. Shut them down or change mgmt

Visited this location a few weeks ago for a group lunch. Our server was sweet, but not very attentive as far as taking our order, providing refills, etc. It took a while for the bread to come out. Our orders took a while to come out. I had the 7-Pepper Sirloin Salad which was missing croutons, but I didn’t complain since I already was the last in our party to get my food. It was fresh and good, and the steak was cooked as I requested. The fire-grilled corn on the cob was amazing.

The meal started off well with the complimentary bread and whipped butter — soft, fresh, and not sweet, which was a nice touch.
Tried a few dishes here and had a nice overall experience. The white cheddar stuffed mushrooms were a pleasant surprise — roasted with garlic herb cheese, crusted with Parmesan, and topped with a four-cheese sauce. It felt like a great vegetarian option, rich and flavorful with a little tang that really worked well.
The strawberry and pecan salad was light and fresh, with feta, pecans, and a sweet-tangy dressing. I added grilled chicken, which paired nicely with the fruit. A well-balanced dish for anyone who enjoys a mix of sweet and savory.
Also tried the shrimp and lobster chowder. While there weren’t any visible lobster pieces, the tiny shrimp and potatoes gave it good texture. It was warm, creamy, and comforting — perfect for a cool November day.
Overall, a satisfying meal with good variety and cozy flavors.

I was coming for a solo date with myself i waited about 45 minutes for a table as i was walking in i was kinda worried because i heard people talking about the service and how their server was pretty much bad and i didnt want that but everyone always get different experiences. So still went it the Host was a little stiff maybe overwhelmed but she sat me at my table then about a few minutes my server Iyah B came energy was absolutely excellent like so positive and respectful. I didnt want to waste her time so i already knew exactly what i wanted to order. I told her my order and she make some nice recommendations for my meal and she checked in on me constantly!!!!! my food was pretty fast i really enjoyed my solo date and had a great server ! definitely asking for Iyah B again her service was TOP TF TIER! so thank you for that. and even tho is was sooo busy she handled everything thrown at her with grace! i had to write about her service because she made my solo dinner so simple and fast.

so food wise the shrimp is always amazing loaded potato soup was bombbbbbb!!! mac n cheese was okay not like omg but good the loaded potato was okay as well and my steak with the parm crust was soooooooo good i really loved it.

It’s really annoying that you can’t even rely on restaurant servers anymore. Cash seems to be the safest option because this server, Tanesha, took extra tip money from my card not just once, but twice, even after I gave her a cash tip. Now, I’m waiting to get reimbursed after talking to a manager, and someone like her shouldn’t be in a hospitality job since she clearly lacks morals and integrity. Tanesha’s service was awful both times. She was rude and didn’t check on my guests at all. I thought maybe she was just having a rough day the first time when she only took $5, but to do it again and take even more from my card is just really low. Because of her attitude and lack of attention, she didn’t even notice we were celebrating a birthday. The only time she was nice to us was when we were leaving. Tanesha is definitely not trustworthy. I’ll give Longhorn until next week before I contact their corporate office.

I arrived to the takeout area at 8PM and was immediately told that my pick-up time would be at 8:25PM (before placing my order). I ordered 2 Salmon dinners and after paying at the counter, I later received a text asking me to pay for the orders. At 8:25PM I received another text telling me to check in with a link so that my order could be brought out to me, I instead went back inside to pickup my order, only to find out that my food wasn’t ready. When my food came up it was 8:45PM and the salmons were burnt (I didn’t order blackened salmon). I gave the salmons back and told them that they were burnt (black and hard crusted). This establishment is too slow and to have to wait well beyond your pick-up time and not be offered something as little as a complimentary beverage is absurd. Management at this location is lacking. I normally patronize the Akers Mill LongHorn (every night as I hate cooking), I would make the mistake of coming over to Camp Creek again. I thought since I had to pass through the area that I would stop here, what a disappointment. The takeout area was also dusty, they had boxes stacked on the waiting area seating, and the floor had a dusty umbrella on the floor (hazardous) and needed to be cleaned as well.

I haven’t been to this Longhorn in a while. It was extremely busy however my server Simone was excellent. I gave 4 stars because my entree came out before my appetizer. Some may consider that to be a good problem to have because it didn’t take long at all to receive my food given the volume of people there. Also, I requested an 8 oz sirloin vs a 6 oz and was disappointed at the size but oh well. It was cooked to my liking and seasoned well. The strawberry lemon drop was excellent.

The Waitress was extremely rude our Raspberry Lemonades were made entirely to SWEET with the added syrup nor were refills offered. What really is the purpose of this 1 star service review is the UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF OUR WAITRESS when it came time to pay/ tip. I didn’t want to leave the tip on my business card that was used so my guests only had $5 in cash an wanted to leave the young lady more than what we had so they went back to their car to retrieve more to add with what we had on hand. So upon the Waitress coming back to collect the receipt and pen she stated, ” YA’LL CAN KEEP THEM $5″ then walked off fast and angry. My guest returned to the table with the cash in the middle of my talk with the Waitress about her UNPROFESSIONAL behavior on not knowing what was coming to her based off of what she currently saw on the table before my guest returned with the other portion of the “Tip” we were leaving as a group. This is a prime example of being ungrateful and jumping the gun. A missed blessing!!
