I had gone to surprise my girlfriend with her favorite food, Wingstop for her birthday, but after I had gotten the food and opened the package to surprise her at home, we were very displeased to find only 5 wings in our 6 piece sets. For nearly $17 a piece, I expect the wings to be delicious, but more importantly I expected there to be the amount that I ordered. Mind you, we live about half an hour away from our closest wingstop, adding on to the annoyance with our current situation. I am very disappointed. This is not what I wanted to surprise her with for her special day.

I saw a promo for 20 wings for $20 and couldn’t pass it up, especially since you can select between boneless or bone-in! When we got to the restaurant, the staff let us know the promo was only available through the app, but they were kind enough to mark my order as “for here” so we could still dine in.
We went with Cajun, Louisiana Rub, and Lemon Pepper wings, plus added fries and two crispy tenders. I used to swear Wingstop had the best fries, but I think they may have changed the recipe recently; they weren’t quite the same. On the bright side, the tenders totally stole the show! They were perfectly crispy on the outside and so moist and flavorful inside. Definitely the highlight of the meal.

The service was friendly and they got our order out quickly so no issues there. The problem was that there was absolutely no flavor in the wings.
We ordered Louisiana rub and Hot honey but there was barely any rub on either.
I thought they still might taste fine despite the lack of rub on the outside but there was absolutely no flavor, I couldnt even tell what flavor each one was supposed to be :(.

What a joke! I ordered from Grubhub for my son since he REALLY wanted Wing Stop…and we waited an hour in a half for this joke of food. Wing Stop gave me FROZEN grocery store fries (pictured) with no flavor and did not give me the flavor of wings I asked for. I asked for half lemon pepper and half BBQ.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but the fries are not the same they taste horrible!! And if you ever ask for well done on your items and extra seasoning, they do the opposite, so don’t even ask. I keep going back, hoping things change, but no, it’s always the same thing. Don’t waste your money here if you’re looking for flavor it’s not at this location. It is a clean place, and service was quick, but so quick, they forget the seasoning you ask for.
