The service was fast & friendly with the food coming out quickly even though it was busy. This spot is consistently good & hits the mark every time whenever you’re craving quality chicken fingers. Definitely one of the better Raising Cane’s locations in the Orange County area. Highly recommended!
Still, Skye was super patient as I had to use my fingers to panic count how many tenders (this was the first stop of our fast food crawl and I didn’t want to under-order). The restaurant was so busy but the food came out so quickly and was freshly made. Skye even came out to check we were ok, and offered hot sauce. I didn’t want to mess with the original sauce so declined the offer but next time I’ll be there.
Our 15 chicken tenders were hot and juicy and the sauce is was makes it. We brought it with us as we continued our fast food crawl and dipped a spicy chicken sandwich in it to make it the ultimate
Thank you Skye for making our first visit to Raising Cane’s so memorable. Yes it’s fast food, but genuine passion and care make the experience. Skye is an asset to the company and no matter what you do, may your genuine kindness continue to make this world a better place.
The real issue was with my three-box combo. One box had chicken fingers that were about half the size of the others.
I went to the counter to ask for a replacement or compensation. The staff didn’t seem to know what to do—first they asked the cashier, then the fryer staff. In the end, everyone just said the chicken was “the same size.”
Look at the pictures—it’s obvious the sizes are not the same.
What’s more absurd is that no one reached out to a manager. Either the staff needs proper training, or the manager is extremely “absent” and not reachable when needed.
This place needs to learn to take responsibility for its mistakes—especially the kitchen staff. Denying the obvious only frustrates loyal customers.
This could have been easily solved by anyone with basic common sense. It’s not hard. Any other fast food place would have corrected the issue on the spot.
Customer service and consistent food standards are a huge part of running a successful business. This needs to be taken more seriously.
and what’s with the fans turned on? it’s cold and ac on? save energy and with that do a better job.
That expectation turned into complete disappointment. The chicken was not crispy at all and barely warm. The fries were even worse — they looked almost white, like they weren’t fully fried.
I won’t be coming back to Cane’s when I’m craving chicken. Extremely disappointing.
The sauces is ok, so far so good.
Gonna be back with this brand.
