Im very upset I’ve never walked in to any Starbucks before where the barista got mad for remaking a drink that clearly looked like no espresso shots were added. I’m from out of state visiting and this made us feel like they just wanted us out. I would like corporate to reach out to me please.

Always gets my drink right! Sometimes there is a wait but never to long. If I have an issue they always replace the drink with a new one. Staff is all pretty inviting and nice. Never had any issues here I would recommend

This Starbucks food was really good but the problem is that the cashier was very rude and did not let me cancel the order the women with the red bandana was extremely not comfort ing very stressful because the people behind me were very patient but the lady was yelling at me to hurry up and order.

Walked in at 8:30 on a Sunday morning and I was the only customer on line . I walk up to the register there was 4 employees behind the counter making drinks , for online orders Im assuming. There was a fifth employee at the end of the counter having a riveting conversation with a seated customer with an adorable golden retriever … stiff competition, I know but I was hoping that eventually the cuteness factor would wear off and the barista would be able to pry himself from the conversation to possibly make me a coffee , but no such luck. A sixth employee approached from somewhere in the back… I began to feel elated as I was certain this barista would definitely provide me with some much needed java , my sole sustenance for that morning as I was on my way to a job. Unfortunately no such luck as she walked right past me , ignoring me for the blessed pooch . I decided to leave and spend my hard earned money on overpriced coffee elsewhere

This Starbucks is centrally located in Huntington Village. The downside of that is that it’s sometimes difficult to find parking to run in to grab something quickly. The upside for them is that they get lot of foot traffic when the weather is nice and on weekends. It’s almost always busy when I go in (usually that’s weekday mornings and/or some weekend afternoons.) The baristas here are working HARD and it shows, but they’re always pleasant and efficient. Don’t forget to tip if you use the mobile app. They deserve it! Have never gotten a drink wrong and they’re crushing it every day. Also the mobile app sometimes defaults back to not having a tip reminder after your purchase, so make sure you turn that option on. Overall this location is excellent. Great job Starbucks staff!

Always a friendly & efficient visit, however one stood out to me more than usual. It was during a weekend, and I’d say this store was experiencing its peak. Even with customers wrapping around the store, mobile orders racing through, and a lobby filled with families—they were extremely efficient, polite, and hardworking. Kudos to the baristas, the supervisors, and to the management of this busy Starbucks!

Wouldn’t usually leave a review for a chain place but, I really love this Starbucks! I just recently started working in Huntington so I was completely foreign to the village. Starbucks has become my new stop everyday! The staff is lovely, super nice and personable. They learn their regulars names right away and on top of that, are extremely compassionate to those with disabilities! Oh and they never mess up my order 🙂

This Starbucks is located at a busy intersection in Huntington. It gets a huge amount of mobile orders, where people double park their cars and run in. The seating area is a little small, but most sitting tables have an outlet there. I think if you’re going to sit down with friends for a coffee to chat, the comfortable max would be 4 people.
