My 9-year-old daughter found paper inside her ice cream cone after she had already started eating it. This is a serious food safety issue, especially when serving children. Very disappointing experience. Photos attached.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the Lake Mary Chick-fil-A for truly saving the day at our appreciation luncheon! Due to a mix-up with dates, lunch was supposed to be served and we were unexpectedly left scrambling but your team stepped up without hesitation and helped us pull off a successful event.
A special thank you to Alexis for quickly taking care of our order, and to Brandon for helping me return the catering bags you so graciously allowed us to use to keep everything warm. And a heartfelt shoutout to the delivery driver and catering team who brought the food. I didn’t catch your names in the rush, but you were absolute professionals and rockstars. You went above and beyond to help me get everything organized and ready for over 250 people, and your calm, can-do attitude made all the difference.

We eat Chick-fil-A multiple times a week. Every single location I’ve been to has fulfilled my order for my son without hesitation, always eager to please the customers. Not this one. I always order my 8 year old son a small fruit cup only strawberries. They handed me the bag, I checked it and there were only 4 cut up slices of strawberries. The team lead refused to correct the issue and stated that they can’t separate the fruit and give me a full portion of just one fruit. the manager was on the phone so they couldn’t help me. I was more upset that they did not inform me prior to the transaction that it would cost nearly $4 for 1 strawberry cut up into 4 slices. I asked for a refund. very upsetting. I think that’s the first time I’ve ever been disappointed by a Chick-fil-A. Ever. Not the quality of food but the customer service. And I once worked at a Chick-fil-A for years in High School. I will not be returning to this location.

This is one of the only places to eat near the HCA hospital up the road. It was fast and tasty just as I would expect from a Chick-fil-A. I almost used Door Dash but it was ridiculous. Someone told me I should have tried the CFA app for delivery, I’ll try that if I’m ever in the area again but I hope it won’t be bc I’m at that hospital with someone again. All in all I’m happy with my visit and I appreciate the fast and friendly service. Food was good!

this is the second time I’ve missed my entire lunch break waiting on a very simple order. Today I ordered 30 minutes before arriving and still sat in line for 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a small hash brown. A 45+ minute wait for something that simple just isn’t reasonable, especially during a limited work break. I’m honestly losing money and my ordered was wrong!!

I don’t really write any bad or good reviews about any restaurants but today I was very disappointed with Chick-fil-A located in Sanford. My office manager ordered lunch for the office and I got a salad which literally half of the lettuce was bad, I had go through and only the good stuff and they also forgot my salad topping, silverware and napkins for the entire office. So disappointing!!!!

As A Previous Professional Food Service Worker I was very disappointed with our food we purchased. What happened to your wraps??? The red oak lettuce and some of the other geeens in the our grilled chicken wrap were beyond serveable- should have been tossed…is that why it took so long to get our order were you picking theough the lettuce to use what you could instead of 86ing it and either sending someone to get some if there were no more in house…BJs is just down the street as is Sam’s in the other direction… and in the meantime you are temporarily OUT of that item. It wasn’t just the lettuce. The whole experience was less than what is expected from your establishment.

I just went there now 8:13 am at this location on SR 46 Sandford. I entered in the wrong lane because now they have 1 lane for mobile and 1 lane for orders. 2 ladies standing there talking to each othet not even greeting or helping. I was so mad and upset. Where is the customer service? Where are the standards they used to provide. I had to wait for three cars to go around to place my order. I’m done with Chick fil A. The worst service I ever experienced.
