After reading many positive reviews online, I decided to try it myself — and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The meat was juicy, full of wonderful flavors, and the portion size was perfect for one person. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Not a big fan of the food, menu, or prices. Although they offer in-house discounts (they give you different prices to what’s on the menu), you can’t use these lowered prices in combination with anything else (such as Careem Dine out).
Overall, it was average in flavour. I didn’t particularly like the ribs (didn’t like the sauce) and other places with a similar name do it better. The burger was okay. It’s just that everything felt overpriced.

As an American who grew up on BBQ and smokes their own, I can say this 77 Texas BBQ worth visiting. I tried a few things they had.
• I loved the brisket with the tallow toast. The Brisket was done well, prefect level of juiciness, not too dry and not too soggy.
• I also loved the smash burger tacos. Cool concept and a great twist.
• The Brisket Burger I had was ok but felt if I came back I’d stick to the slice of brisket and toast.
Great place with good food and friendly staff. I was surprised it wasn’t more busy with how good it was.

I chose this place to celebrate my wife’s birthday, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The Angus brisket was dry and tough, and the loaded nachos were underwhelming. The mac and cheese tasted like it was made with low-quality cheese.
I also asked for a cup of hot water and was told they didn’t have any. When I requested tea (which is listed on the menu), I was handed a cup of hot water and a tea bag separately — essentially having to make my own tea.
Overall, the food and service did not meet expectations, especially for a special occasion.

We had high expectations before arriving but were disappointed in the experience and flavor of some selections. Brisket had a stronger corned beef flavor than smoked flavor. The Nachos was served cold with Luke warm beef gravy inside which we didn’t finish as due to thw temperature. The smashed tacos tasted nice though much heavier on the cheese than meat. Atmosphere was very quiet around 1pm.

This place has the most amaxing beef brisket. 250g with 1 portion of fries is more than enough to fill you up.
The food is absolutely amazing. I reccomend this place.

77 Texas BBQ is authentic Texas style bbq. I bbq at home with a custom offset smoker, and this is the real deal. It was worth the trip out to try their famous Dubai Taco! I also ordered brisket and the brisket elote. Great stuff! Service with disposable gloves is very nice. You can see their large offset smokers – Mimi and Tiny – through the window.

I had lunch today there and the food was nothing to write home about. The brisket was ok but I have had way better for cheaper. The birria tacos were not good at all. The cherry on top however was the attitude of the server. They also charged us more than the prices on their menu. I had 200 grams of brisket 80AED(they added extra 34 grams and charged 93) + add on for a side and soda 14 AED + birria tacos 55 AED. They charged me 162.60. To make it even worse, I was planning to pay with Careem dine out but the server denied the payment method claiming that the prices on the menu, which they ended up charging even more, are already discounted and he will not allow two promotions(not his fault, company policy I am guessing) since Careem dine-out was adding a 15% discount on the total bill. They should add that as a disclaimer on their profile on Careem and any other payment partners if that’s the case. All would have been fine if the server was polite, his attitude is the reason I am writing this review. But all in all, the food was not even that good to begin with so I would never go back for sure and would suggest you take your business elsewhere.

What I Ordered
• Brisket
• Ribs
• Smash tacos (with supposed wagyu patties)
• Beef brisket burger
• Mac & cheese
• Brisket corn dish
Food Quality
Almost all the BBQ items were dry, bland, and lacked flavor.
• Brisket and ribs: Completely dry and flavorless — tasted like any generic, low-effort BBQ. Also the beef cheeks were dark red and dry unlike the supposed softness in other restaurants
• Smash tacos: Advertised as wagyu, but tasted more like Lebanese bread stuffed with low-quality beef… honestly even worse.
• Beef brisket burger: Very dry as well. The vegetables were overflowing, which helped hide the dryness a bit, but the beef itself had no flavor.
The only dishes I enjoyed were the mac & cheese and the brisket corn side, which I would give a 7/10. Everything else was a 0/10, easily one of the worst BBQ meals I’ve ever had.
Service
To be fair, the employees were great and the service was fast and friendly.
But the food quality does not match the reviews at all — I honestly don’t understand how they got such high ratings.
Overall
I would not recommend this restaurant, and I personally won’t be coming back.

After hearing about this restaurant from a friend in dso we decided to give it a try in weekend. They are located inside Cedre Village Community center in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
We ordered their signature black angus brisket, double smashed burger and barbacoa Tacos.
The Angus brisket was out of the world and definately it’s the best we had in Dubai. The meat was very tender, the somky flavor and everything was perfect.The other items were delicious and upto their mark.
Unfortunately their famous banana pudding was finished by that time.
Pricewise it’s on the higher side, but after zomato gold discount it perfectly felt justified for teh quality and experience.
They have paid parking managed by salik. In weekends it was free and plenty parking was available.
If you are craving for Texus style American bbq, this is absolutely the place to go.
