This place is jumping this evening. This location of Burger King has got to be the busiest fast food in York county. The food is freshly prepared and I have to wait a bit for the food to cool to eat it. All employees work together as a team. The floor in the dining room is spotless. But busy. I was not in the restroom. But they have to be clean just by judgijg by the clean dining room floors. While all are busy in the kitchen. Someone at least acknowledges you and say they will be with you shortly. I definitely will be back. Thank you for the positive visit. Your team work is paying off. Thank you.

Slowest “fast” food service ever. Waited at the drive through speaker for at least 15 minutes maybe more, then gave up and went inside where I waited another at least 5 minutes after I ordered to receive 2 cheeseburgers.

The burger king app wasn’t working so I couldn’t get the special . I did get the whopper junior. They are micro in size now! You can’t even see the burger. I have super petite hands and I can hold the bun in the palm of my hand I even took a picture of how it compares to the fry. They did give a substantial amount of overflowing fries but they tasted a little stale and old. I did order a senior citizen drink for .50. It was surprisingly big. It was more like medium. You can see how it almost hides a straw. The service was slow and the restaurant and drive in weren’t that busy. I was there about 7:30 pm
Update. I was able to get the $3 double burger special on the app by showing them it at the drive in window. It was surprisingly substantial.

Never in my life have I had to give a bad review to any place I have visited. This place is just down right awful. Placed an order for dine in & it was handed to me in a bag. When told it was for here they said they don’t have trays at this Burger King. Ok then, sit down to eat & take the fries out of the bag and they are covered in “crumbs” from God knows what. When asked for new fries they said it will take half an hour as they were changing the oil in that very moment. They suggested I just eat them as there was nothing wrong with them! I asked for a refund & was told they couldn’t give me a refund because my order was more than $10 (my order was $10.60). Offered to give me any food I wanted, I wanted what I ordered, and obviously the oil was old if they were changing it at 8pm on a Friday evening, so I declined that offer. And honestly the smell of what I call “old oil” was definitely present and I just thought it was in my head. In the end the manager rudely refunded me for the fries only, said there was nothing else she could do for me & walked away. I left and after I got in my car I could see a group of the workers huddled around by the counter and it seemed they were making fun of me. We were the only customers there at the time & I think the drive thru had 2 cars when we went it. And to top it off with so many employee there and the dining room tables were dirty! Too bad you can’t give zero stars on here. Never again Burger King.

The last few times I’ve been to this location they have messed up my orders. I asked for a whopper with cheese and pickles and instead recieved a plain one, another time I was charged for bacon and didn’t get any, and the most recent time, I ordered online and they tried to tell me my order was at another location.

I normally have good experiences here, so I was pretty surprised to find that some worker there found it acceptable to serve a completely incinerated burger bun instead of just replacing the thing. It wasn’t even a good char either, it was straight up burnt to a crisp. This is behavior I’ve come to expect from every single Wendy’s in the area, not Burger King. The worker I spoke with on the phone was kind about it. I hope this is just a one off.

I feel like they need to either hire more employees, Employees, that actually care, And better management….. One time I waited an hour at this place for them to still get my order wrong… And right now I’m currently waiting 15 minutes now in the drive-through just to get too stupid snack wraps…. If there was another Burger King closer, I would definitely go to that one…. It seems the only have 1,2 or 3 workers in this place at a time… The employees Seems to be Very lackadaisical

Well, there was one car in front of me at 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon. After the car in front of me spent 5 + minutes at the window (and got two soda refills) I finally got to the window. Chicken Sandwich and Double Cheeseburger. Waited at the window for another 5+ minutes, … move to a space… +10 minutes more, went in with my receipt to ask for my money. Asked for a refund. Watched them pick the cheeseburgers out of a container and make the sandwich in seconds. I still wanted my money back, they handed me the bag of food and turned their backs to me. +27 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger . I don’t have that kind of time for a lunch break. It was similar experience last time , I really wanted to try the one in Red Lion, but I was a lot closer to this one. I will avoid it at all cost, and I have been a customer at this location since they opened when I was a child in the late 70s. Avoid this location is my advice. The food was exactly as expected, and was made like you would expect. The service is the huge issue .

Only recieved half of my order. Contacts customer service. We can only give you a coupon for that covers half my missing items and if i want my food i have to pay again for the original items i already paid for. That is theft.
