Unfortunately, the nighttime experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The overall level of professionalism was lacking, and the staff appeared unmotivated and indifferent toward their responsibilities. Several interactions came across as rude, and there was little to no effort made to provide quality customer service or ensure a positive experience. It felt as though concerns were not taken seriously, which was frustrating as a paying customer. The lack of organization and attention made the visit feel like a waste of money and time. I truly hope management takes this feedback into consideration and works on improving staff training, accountability, and overall service standards during the evening hours.

The employee who assisted me had a completely unacceptable attitude. She was rude, not friendly at all, and seemed bothered just by having to do her job. Not only did she respond to my questions in a disrespectful way, but she also treated her own coworkers poorly in front of customers, creating a very uncomfortable environment.
I will definitely not be returning as long as this type of service is allowed.

Once again, I got a 32oz of what tasted like blended ice and water.
I was too exhausted to ask for it to be remade for what seems to be the 5th time now. I just tossed it on my way out…
Coming here so often I kinda already know who’s going to mess up my smoothie when I see who’s making it.
But at this point I’m just throwing my money away.
This place is just way too inconsistent.

This is by far the best smoothie kings I’ve ever been to. It was super clean and highly efficient. I got my smoothie done pretty quickly and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Pahyton. He took my order and was really kind and patient when I was unsure what to order. The whole team seemed friendly to each other and were working efficiently during a peak moment. I would highly recommend!
