At first I wasn’t very pleased with the speed of the service but they totally redeemed themselves by the great customer service especially Katie Catherine with a k she’s amazing she went above and beyond and totally made what was a mediocre experience into a excellent experience. Those are the type of people you want to keep around so I hope McDonald’s is keeping tabs on the good employees. She’s also was training somebody at the same time was doing a exceptionally good job of that as well.

This was likely the second most unsatisfactory experience I have had at this establishment. It took approximately 30 minutes to receive the order, and when the drinks were prepared, they were incorrect. The fries were cold, and I inquired with the attendant at the front counter if I could receive the correct drinks. The drinks were prepared, but the attendant exited the premises, and no one appeared to be responsible for distributing the order. There was a lack of communication. I was unaware of the manager’s location, but individuals were yelling curses word. I was concerned about having my children in the lobby. To make matters worse, it took them 30 minutes to prepare one large fry, which was also cold. The same employee that I asked to replace the drinks with the one standing around on the phone while the drinks sat near the drive-through. The attendant who was operating the fryer removed the fries from the fryer and left them unattended without placing them in the fry station to maintain their temperature. Subsequently, she requested additional fries, resulting in the same cold fries. Consequently, we departed the establishment, discarding half of our food due to its inability to be consumed due to its cold temperature. It is imperative that this establishment implement changes to enhance its efficiency.

Never once have I received literally inedible food until today. Got 2 hashbrowns both still frozen in the middle still SOAKED in grease that coated everything else in the bag too. Id reach out to corporate but the receipt paper is so faded and illegible I cant even do that. Dont waste your time or money here.

Very disappointed with my recent visit. I picked my order, and the fries were so dry and hard they were inedible. I drove back to the store to ask for a replacement, and the manager told me I had to return the food—no apology or courtesy at all. When I got the replacement, the fries were still just as bad, tasting like they were cooked in old oil, and the burger patties were cold. It felt like they didn’t care about fixing the issue at all. Poor food quality and even worse customer service. Definitely not what I expected

Worse McDonald’s ever. I sat stuck in this drive thru for 45min 1 night. Couldn’t get out. Was the most incredible thing I’ve ever experienced in a fast food place. The.guy was nice and said ne right with u Sorry for the wait. Would help 1 car. That car would drive up get food. Then take the next car order. My.guesd was there was only 1 person in the whole store. Which must.happen alot. As ive been turned away 2 times from.them before this and then sat a good 20min another time. I will never get stuck in that drive thru again . That is 45min of my life stuck in a drive thru I cant get back. Unreal

This is consistently the worst McDonald’s, restaurant, and place in general. I’ve been here 4 times and everytime it seems like the employees are intentionally making people wait as long as possible. They don’t take people’s orders. People are in line for genuinely over 45 mins consistently and after ordering it’s another hour wait time. It genuinely seems like there is no management and employees just seem to be doing whatever they want. I’ve never written a review before but the consistency of terrible service that this place has deserves one

I stopped by this McDonald’s recently and had a good overall experience. My order was accurate, the food was hot and fresh, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The wait time was reasonable even though it was busy, which I appreciated.
The restaurant was clean, and the employees were clearly working hard to keep things moving. This location does a solid job delivering what you expect from McDonald’s, and I would definitely return when I’m in the area

This has got to be the worst location in the eastside Tacoma area. Ordered an order to pick up at drive thru. Arrived there and it took 20 min from providing my voice code to get to the pickup window. I saw that the person in front of me ordered just a happy meal and she was waiting very long at the pickup window. I then watched as my order was handed to her. When I pulled up, they tried to give me her order. I told them they just gave my order to the person in front of me. After 5 minutes of the person acting confused, they proceeded to say they will make my order and to wait in the drive thru reserved spot. I was there for almost an hour when my correct order was finally brought and they were missing 3 items I ordered. I waited so long for my order that I didn’t bother to go inside because the weather was atrocious outside. They couldn’t even confirm they got all the items in my order during the hour I waited. Never going to this location again.
